Save yourself and don't buy from them! I've ordered a red Trek Checkpoint ALR 4 2021 52cm at 03/09/2020 and got the bike delivered at 10/09/2020. As soon as I've opened the box I saw that they've delivered the wrong size, it was size 49cm not 52. Who rides a bicycle for long distances, traveling and competitions knows how bike fit is important. So i've created a ticket sending an email to service(at)fahrradxxl.de . I've called 3 times there and they've said that is not their department and someone will contact me. It has passed 11 days already and no one contacted me, not even an email. NOTHING! Terrible after sales and customer service.
