Fast Park Heathrow

I'm using Fast Park a couple of times a month and I have only experienced a great service so far.

We just picked our car up from FastPark Meet and Greet at Heathrow Airport and we cannot fault the impeccable service and communication. We usually park with APH but tried FastPark this time. We are delighted with our decision. Their customer service is excellent as is their competitive pricing. Thank you FastPark.

Been using FastPark since they began, always friendly and courteous, taking all the hassle out of family trips (turning up with a trolley of requested) and speeding up business trips. Also being very flexible when catering for a change of plans. Highly recommended and appreciated

A very fast and efficient service. Easy to find them at Heathrow T5 and the staff who greeted me were friendly and polite. My car was returned back on time so there was no waiting once I came out of the airport.

Used Fast Park at Heathrow T5, and was exceptionally impressed by the personal service provided. I have always previously used BA valet parking, but gave Fast Park a try as they were one-third of BA's price. The courteous and helpful service that I received has made me a fan!

Thanks to Fast Park my recent experience of flying to the States (Florida) was excellent. Staff waiting to to collect car from me and waiting when I returned. Speedy, slick operation. Staff even helped with luggage on arrival and had trollies waiting. Excellent. Will use again.

The service was simply first class for a fraction of the price.

We arrived at the airport and Harsh was waiting for us as promised. He came with a trolley to the car and even helped us with all our luggage as I had my 2 year old son with us. He was prompt, smartly dressed, polite and easy to talk to too.

On our way home once we collected our luggage we called Harsh and he was waiting for us outside.

Everything was precise, prompt and smooth. I cannot fault the service or tho price and from now on we will be using Fast Park Heathrow every time we go away!

Excellent service at a good price

Great service as always. Have used this company 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5 years. They have never let me down.

The service was reliable, efficient, great value with really friendly people. Definitely will use again .

Travelling to Europe twice in succession I reviewed costs and found these chaps to be very competitively priced ~ to the point of wondering what the service would be like. No need to worry – regardless of how early it how late they're always there, the car was parked very close to the elevator and the parking paid for so leaving the park took no time. I will d finitely use Fast Park again.

I had used another Meet & Greet service for the past 4 years and their service was excellent, until they were taken over by a "colorful" competitor a few months ago. This resulted in a severe drop in the level of customer service which I experienced on more than a few occasions. I was recommended to FastPark Heathrow and I used them this week as a trial for a trip to the USA and they were superb. I am on a business trip again next week and will now only use them. Not only did I get a personal and professional service, but their prices are 35% less than the previous company. More for less, what more can I say!!

I have used a number of valet parking companies at Heathrow and Fast Park is by far the most professional and courteous providing a truly personalised experience.

I left my sunglasses case in the car and before I made it out of the lift into the Terminal I had a call asking if I wanted to take the case with me!

I was more than impressed with Fast Park Heathrow. The service was completely efficient, helpful and reliable. On my return, I had a lovely surprise to find they had even cleaned my car. I will always use Fast Park Heathrow in future.

We have parked with a valet service before, but this was the first time with Fast Park Heathrow. We were absolutely bowled over by their professionalism and flexibility. On the way to Heathrow we were stuck in traffic and slightly panicking about when to meet their guy, but they kept in touch and were so helpful.

I also decided a week or two before we parked, that I no longer needed the valet clean, and I emailed Fast Park to explain that we had just had an MOT and cleaning the car had been part of it so we'd like to cancel that element. Almost as soon as I hit send, they refunded my money for the clean with absolutely no quibble before emailing back and letting me know 鈥?this was at about 10pm!

I will definitely use Fast Park again, they were super efficient both at drop off and pick up, and were similarly in touch about where and when to meet when we arrived back in the UK. I would highly recommend them.
