UPDATE: Finally communicated with a representative over live chat that has said that they will not provide a refund for an order they lost (the postal carrier did not lose it- Geekotee did).

They offered t-shirts for a specific campaign that is taking place in my state. I ordered a shirt two weeks ago, and the postal carrier has not even received it for delivery. I have not been able to wear it for any of the campaign events. There is not a phone number that I can find to call and no one has responded in over 30 minutes on their live chat feature. In addition, I have tried to cancel online, and I can't actually get to a page that will let me cancel. I feel stuck. I will not order from them again 🙁
