I think it is so worth the money but the downfall is that the rain cover only covers the front of the buggy so if you have a baby in the back he/she will get soaked so I鈥檓 having to order one that covers all..
Other than that it鈥檚 light weight brilliant to push so much easier..

I can't fault image 4kids at all. I ordered the duellette combi bs in Oxford stripe. The pram was delivered the next day absolutely perfect. One simple mistake the carry cot to bucket seat was sent with the wrong hood but the team replied fast and sent out a new hood the next day no faff or anything. The pram it's self is perfect exactly what I wanted and sturdy I've had nothing but compliments about the style and how smart it looks and wow's on the price. Arrived in great packaging and no damages. I'm in my third trimester and put the full pram and attachments together in less than half hour without help it is so easy to put together and take apart. I'd definitely order from them again. Just absolutely perfect all round.

Great service and great product only thing would of liked some more examples of different boots the buggy fits in as all fits but one wheel so can鈥檛 fit my Husband in the car with all 3 kids.

Extremely bad customer service. My pram broke with my twins in it and the complaint took over 2 months with image for kidz. They seemed so reassuring but handled the situation terribly. Would never recommend a pram from them. Waited 2 months for another pram to be sent and it had another fault. Not trust worthy. Very unsafe. Very dangerous. I have all emails as proof if anyone would like to see how they handled the situation. Absolutely disgusting behaviour trying to make me feel sorry for them because they where a new business. Please don't risk your babies lives.

My pushchair arrived 48 hours after delivery as promised. Customer service were so helpful with my questions. I am so happy with my pushchair! My twins are very comfortable in it and I use it to get round the shops without any difficulty.

I would never recommend this company. I brought the a double push chair that a car seat attaches… the car seat fell apart! With my 5 month old baby in It! The handle had come away from the seat. The seat that you put your baby into… the strap broke so my now 11 month old cannot be strapped in… he almost fell out if I didn't catch him! And the break does not always lock. For the money I spent on this I wish I had brought a designer brand. Only given 1 star because you have to give a star but honestly doesn't even deserve that.

Brought a duellette combi and I am absolutely in love it. I purchased the blueberry and raspberry and you can even get the colours to match the car seats. Brilliant idea.

Just received my pushchair and it鈥檚 beautiful, would highly recommend the duellette bs it鈥檚 just amazing.
