I asked for my order to be shippedDecember 1 as I was away and I still do not have it ?? I sent 3 emails and no one has responded as to the status of my order

Factetc customer service was very helpful in fixing a website problem as well as an order fulfillment issue. Representative was prompt in communications with me and made sure no extra shipping expense was incurred due to the issues. I even received a bonus for the time/effort involved which was a welcome surprise.

I have used Face Etc for years for all my Methode Physioderme products and the recent samples of Collin eye treatment products have given me an opportunity to try them on my very sensitive eye area without any risk. I always appreciate the attention to special instructions for product size and shipping needs.

I have been buying cosmetic products from Faceetc for some time now.

Their prices are good, they ship immediately at no-charge and many times will include free small samples of the products that I buy. Occasionally, they include make-up removal sponges also at no-charge. What impressed me the most is that on the packing slip, they always add a hand-written sentence saying "thank you, Mary Jane!"
