The packaging is the best of theirs! The food comes in very good containers as it ensures that my meals arrivees well; cool, fresh, and tightly sealed and they have never failed to achieve it. I am loving every single meal I have tried by them so far. Excellent and good selection with yummy dishes

After my brother's recommendation, I have been using the factor 75 for a couple of weeks now and I have nothing bad to say. Their meals are wonderfully delicious! I am gluten-free and these are really great! The service is so excellent! I highly recommend them

Based on food alone, which is most important pf them, I will gladly give them 5 stars. They have so many options to choose from and they have plenty of flavorful food. I have tried many other companies in the past but nothing can beat these guys! Great job and continue being the best

My husband and I have loved the Factor 75 meals for so long now and love the variety of options to choose from ranging from very low carb meals to medium carb meals as well. My husband is on a Keto diet so he has opt for that plan and I don't have a keto diet. These guys provide both options so we are able to make sure that both diets are there with delicious, fresh and healthy meals.

The food is excellent. Since I am disabled, the Factor 75 food is a life-saver. There is a good variety of food as well.

I have had issues with my last two orders.
I was sent wrong item last week and my delivery took two days this week which resulted in warm food

Just Like ESTER down below I also got shafted by Fedex. After bringing it to the attention of Factor75 that all of the meals were soggy and ice packs soft, I contacted them with my concern and sited Fedex as the issue. Now Factor75, are complete worthless Aholes who ONLY care about MONEY and dont give 2 Shts about their customers. Solution from Factor75 Daisy was to Just trust her the meals are stills safe and thats literally ALL. No care or compassion about potentially poisoning their customer/s. Daisy's response was Im sorry you feel that way…yup Passive Aggressive BS. So take my word, food it tasty @ about 12$ per meal and they dont give 2 rips about you!

I tried to skip 2 weeks and you sent me food I didn't want anyway. You could atleast ask before you send it. When I called customer service they said yeah its a subscription service you can't keep skipping.

Great quality! I loved the Italian Roasted Pork, It is my favorite so far… so delicious!! The Queso Fundito was okay, but I probably won't order again. Im looking forward to my next delivery. Not sure how long I will be able to keep it up, as it is a little too expensive for me but the quality of the food is great so far.

I would give you a five but it was a tiny bit too expensive and i did not like any of the chicken sauces, the petit filets were def five star. they were perfect. jambalaya and roast beef also amazing

Great food! I just wish it was a little more affordable!

Factor meals are, as far as taste goes, excellent. Why not 5 stars, then? Problems include logistics (huge, non-returnable insulated cardboard boxes going into general recycling; huge methyl cellulose ice-packs that are a hassle to dispose of; meals that include a cup of condiment type sauces needing to be removed prior to heating are often found with the lid josled off the cup and the sauce dumped out all over the compartment; portion size is too small).

With respect to portion size – one could potentially argue that because a "keto" diet, for instance, is being followed, that doesn't mean it's OK to eat several thousand Calories of fat and protein each day, BUT, believe me – the portion size of the clean foods provided from Factor could be easily doubled, and still keep daily caloric intake relatively low. 2 chicken breasts and a larger portion of the side would be a great, long-lasting, satisfying meal while not adding a significant amount of extra Calories. If Factor needs to charge a bit more/meal – fine – it would still be LESS expensive than needing to sacrifice TWO meals at a sitting. Same applies to all of the meals – a 1.5 – 2 X increase in portion size would be perfect even for the hearty appetite – like that of a MAN.

If Factor heeds my advice, I'm happy to remain a customer even after this corona nonsense is behind us. Otherwise, it will probably be back to the grocery store and preparing my own meals, even though the food is good.

Delivery service is exceptional. The box tends to be quite heavy
for an older person. is it possible to use another type of cold pak?
The variety of dinners are very good also.

These are the best quick meals/meal kits I鈥檝e tried So far – and I鈥檝e tried a lot. My husband and I have two young kids and eat these two nights a week. I love the many keto options and they taste awesome!

Am really enjoying the protein options on this meal plan. They really have a good flavor. Some of the vegetables are a little bit limp. I would like to see a few more non-spicy options but overall, they are good.

My factor meals have been delicious. I am thankful I am able to receive them now as I don鈥檛 have access to a kitchen to cook my own meals.
