Thank you for getting my new generator to me as promised. I set it all up and it runs great. Is it wrong to be disappointed that the hurricane did not come to Houston, so I could use it. I hooked up to many things in the house. It has plenty of power to run all we need and many things we want. Duel fule is the way to go. I would definitely recommend you as reliable.

I would highly recommend going to a different company or local resource other then using Factory Pure. The generator I purchased from them was completely rusted out inside. I sent pictures and tried to work with them on a exchange but they only wanted to sale me a new one, there was no initiative on there end to get this replaced for me. The process took forever and once it reached passed the 3 month timeline they stated "We can not longer help you". Which is BS even though this processed was started well before this. If they would have done an ounce of homework and contacted Generac they would have found that the generator I received has already been returned once due to the rust issues and some how it was shipped out again…my luck…. I worked with Generac directly and got the generator replaced with a brand new unit….so much for Factory Pure customer service….Generac customer service is A+. Factory Pure service seemed to be ok in the beginning when the unit was purchased but once I tired to get this unit replaced, their true colors were shown. So as long as you have no issues with your unit you might be OK but to me the product is only good as the support behind it, so not worth the headache just go somewhere else.
I went with them because they did have a better price but now everyone is price matching so why bother dealing with them. I ended up purchasing 2 more generators for the same price from Ace Hardware and I have real person to talk to and the support is incredible, they will bend over backwards for you and I am supporting my local community…

Shipped fast and had great communication!

Ordered a $5,000 generator from FactoryPure but they used a cheap shipper so it arrived with severe shipping damage to the rear panel, which isn't easily replaced (other panels were damaged too). Notified FactoryPure immediately and they gave only excuses for two months but neither picked up the generator nor provided a refund. Finally disputed the credit card charge. FactoryPure's phone support hasn't been helpful but they answer their phone, which is why this isn't one-star.

The fact that they reached out in an email personally to be sure that we were completely satisfied with the whole experience says alot to me. I bought an electric kettle but it was not functioning properly to my dissapointment. I had to do a few tweaks to make it work but still I did not find any problems with the things I bought before. Everything else has always been fine. maybe it was justa mishap. Next time I hope things will be better.

The refurbished generator we purchased arrived quickly and without damage. it functioned great under boondocking conditions in the desert for a full week there. The price was excellent as I compared to other RV owners at the NASCAR camping area I was staying and we paid far less than the other two close by. Would have liked to see a link for a wheel kit to be purchased as it is heavy but no problems bought a kit local. FactoryPure seems to care about the sale even after they receive their funds with plenty of links for phone and email correspondence if there was any problems. Mine was fantastic and I would do it all over again.

Sent previously opened tankless water heater without manual, warranty card and installation kit and other items. Luckily there is always a work around of course it means laying out additional cash and time. I should add before buying unit I went on their website to see the price, to ensure they had the unit in stock I called customer service that gave me a higher price than stated on the website. Red Flag number 1. Being the low IQ person that I am, I continued with the purchase even though the unit was a higher price than other websites but factorypure had a good BBB rating. Red Flag number 2. Just because it has a BBB rating does not mean it's reputable.

Notified factorypure immediately after opening box, After initial contact they sent out PDF of manual but any followup took over a week for them to get back to me The kicker is they asked for photos of what was not included. How insane is that. Finally they contended they contacted Rheem and Rheem will send out the missing items once I give serial number of unit which I did. Have not heard from anyone since. And of course no offer to reduce price for unit which was already above price of many other places, the difference was they had the unit and factorypure reportedly had a good reputation. How wrong can one be. Take my advise, you can and will do better elsewhere. One dissatisfied customer.

Well I unboxed the generator and added oil and connected the battery and installed the wheels. All super easy. Then started it with the push button, remote, and pull cord. All fired up easily. The generator seems to run smooth and quiet. Haven鈥檛 really put it to a test yet but it seems great

My experience w/ FactoryPure was great. I ordered a 7500E watt generator. There were none left in their inventory so they offered an 8000E watt generator in replacement, for no added cost. The product arrived when promised. The packaging was sound and unmarred. The generator was easy to assemble. I had it up and running w/in a few minutes. Now I am anxiously awaiting a power outage!

Okay so I bought a refurbished drone. Originally I was going to buy new bit at like 300$ off I said what the hell. It's amazing. I've only had it around 5 months but I fly it a few times a month and the camera is legit.

The order and product have been completely Great.
There was a minor hitch with FedEx ground delivery. On delivery day I got a phone call from their dispatch asking if I had a way to unload the generator from their truck. I answered that no I don't keep a forklift at home. They said their truck was equipped with a liftgate, but they did not know who was going to pay for using it (you or me). They called you the next day and got approval at your expense (thank you) and then they scheduled delivery to me the following day. The bottom line is that the delivery was 2 days late. This was only a minor inconvenience.
