I returned my car in May 2020 and have sent several emails trying to get a refund of my overpayment for that month. They keep referring to an audit that's in process as a reason that I haven't received a refund. Now they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and or take them to small claims court since it appears as though they think I'll just go away. I would never use this company again and will make sure to let people know about their shady business dealings.

Was initially a very happy customer. After getting over billed by $100/month for 3 months in a row (been a customer since December of 2017 your execution was sorely lacking. To be clear I do not lay blame with the customer service reps here. So far as I can tell they have not been provided the tools to give proper service to their customers this is a serious mismanagement/systems design problem."

And doesn't offer basic app or site features. Frustrating. I dislike app A LOT. I did lease a car – process was easy just getting car is u clear delayed lacked key information and now that I want to explore anther car low inventory and difficult to search other cities to check their inventory unless I use my computer and access site. On site not showing me pricing. All around it's a frustrating user experience. I can't stand the app."

I've been using Fair for almost 6 months now to drive for Uber. I was having a great experience but I already paid for the week to drive the vehicle. I would highly not recommend this program to anyone. Extremely bad customer service and don't spend your money on this program if you want to drive with Uber. They will just waste your time and keep telling you to wait as long as you are paying them that's all they care about."

So I downloaded the app because I heard wonderful things about it and that you can get a car to rent for Uber quickly and my anxiety is going through the roof I don't want to choose locations again since I'll be at the bottom. They said a few days but to be honest it shouldn't take this long I really can't wait to get my car make the 215 payments and pay my bills :)"

The payment is always due but you can view it as a reasonable rental car instead of being shackled to Uber and ride sharing. The variety of vehicles available is amazing covering a spectrum of styles and capabilities. From compacts like a Yaris to SUVs for $100 to $160 a week. Hybrids too. Fair might even provide you an Uber ride to pick up your Fair vehicle within reason. In addition their phone and chat support reps are outstanding. They have answers to your questions

I worked with Beverly who was fantastic in her efforts to assist me. I had many questions which she patiently answered them all. She provided a ride for me to pick up my car. Beverly's customer service was top notch in her efforts to make the process as easy as possible for me. I would recommend Fair to my family and friends or to others who are looking to acquire a vehicle through. Fair.

I鈥檓 a massive fan of Fair. Been using them since they first launched and it was so easy to get my Nissan Rogue. Returns were easy too and I just switched to my new car – a new Honda CR-V.

This Fair program is a good option for those that are doing Uber full time. I've been using a Ford Fusion hybrid for Uber for 3 months now. The process was pretty easy. I looked at the selection of vehicles in the app asking for my phone number and sending me another four digit code number. I can't call customer service because the phone number is inside the app! Fair please fix this! I can't drive for Uber without a car and I'm not making any money! Even deleting the app and redownloading doesn't help."

The Uber driver program is in really unfair. The make you paying $500 upfront ( like you're owning the car, non refundable) and a weekly fee before getting the car. At the end the driver can end up pay more about $700 the first week. It is unfair to charge drivers about $700 for a car. To all drivers is not worthy to get a car from Fair if you're not driving it for months.

I've had my Fair car six weeks. I've not had any problems and haven't needed to call support. After I drive 5000 miles I took the car into one of the contracted auto mechanics and I was back on the road within 2 hours. I love that I can keep this car for as long as needed. I e yet to hit the rider count to get more discounts off future rentals but in time that will come. Without Fair

No need for a long back story except to know that Fair has treated me like a friend and John G (Canoga Park) went out of his way to make sure I could not only keep the car I wanted by "re-contracting" but also spent the time to keep me activated on UBER so I could keep working! I went in today a bit early to unhappily turn in my car because I didn't extend the contract (my fault) and left 30 minutes later with the same car and everything I asked for! Thanks John and thanks FAIR!

I've had a car through fair for a few months and from personal experience I can say this whole thing is a sham. Customer service has no idea what they're doing or saying. Getting a supervisor to resolve anything is impossible. I had to get w new car battery for their car after having it for only 1 month because it's not covered in their warranty and maintenance but i should have received a car that works to begin with. I really wanted to use this app and this service but I can't. There are only 3 options for a car in the entire California State when I search. 3 cars? That's it? Waste of time for me. And THEN when the app notifies me they updated their inventory it's literally the EXACT same cars! Poor inventory and poor service I'd give a zero star rating if possible. The only thing this app does is take up space on my phone. USELESS.

I'm a Uber driver, after driving one year for Uber, I was looking for better car so I can earn more money and Uber offered me leasing programmed through Fair financing company, I went through all their requirements and paid $ 560.00 non refundable fee, finally I got the car from herts rent a car 2017 Hyundia Elentra for $148.75 weekly, for 6 weeks everything went fine and they been taking $148.75 every week from my checking account. After 03/17/2019 my temp car registration expired, so Uber and all other local deliveries company wants a e to update my registration with that update they won't dispatch me, and Fair financing giving me very hard time to provide me with new registration it's been 8 weeks I'm out of job because of this fair financing Everytime I call they give me run around. Today is 05/03/2019 still my registration
Last week finally I spoke to of fair financing supervioser for 45 mineuts, and she promise me the first priority is my registration still not here, two weeks ago after spending with fair financing another CS supervioser promise me she will work on it and get bottom of this, after 45 spending with her she said she will update me through E-mail and she did by saying congraducation my new plates in the mail Iust be getting within 4 business days that was 2 weeks. This been going on from last 8 weeks. I'm still out of work can't drive cos cops already give me written warning and if another time they stop me I get ticket and I even explain to both Uber and Fair financing. As to prove I can provide all the text and their answers to BBB. This fair financing is big time Crook scammers and I'm sure Uber gets some commission

This is by far was the worst experience in my life. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone I know. I had the car for 9 months in hopes that FAIR would switch it out or get the problem fixed. Even after taking it every month to Hyundai the problem was never fixed instead of just hushing customers with gift cards. This doesn't even deserve a star!"

I have been using Fair for about four months now. I really love the concept that they have here and I feel like it's really convenient for anyone who needs a car quickly. My experience has been wonderful and I have experienced no problems with customer service. I will be using fair again in the future and I hope you guys give the option to buy out a car as well. To whom this may concern I just want to let you know that I have never had a great and above and beyond service like the one I received from Fred in the Oakland branch. That amazing man can be helping 10 people at the same time. He greets us as if he knew us for years. He makes everyone feels the center of his attention. Great customer service

I have never seen unprofessional people in business like FAIR. I made a reservation 4 days prior and when pick up day came Goodyear retained the car for another day and a half. All this why they can't explain anything to me. I returned the car because it was worse than what I thought. The worst part is them refusing to pay security deposit of $181 and it has been over 14 days now but they claim I wait for the bank. If I were to advise anyone to find a rental companyI would advise you to please stay away from FAIR"

No one could tell me how many miles I was being charged for. Everyone said they didn't access to that information. Then they'd transfer me to the "right" department. Billing sent me to concierge who sent me to finance and back around again. Each time waiting on hold at least 30 minutes between transfers. 3 different times people said they would have to get back to me and have someone call me in 2-3 business days. No one ever called. They won in the end I just paid the extra money because I was tired of calling being placed on hold and never getting an answer."

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Support is like nothing else I've ever experienced! They hold your hand through the whole process and watch out for you in every way. You are absolutely catered to and they do everything they possibly can to make sure you're taken care of and happy with your choice! I couldn't say enough good things about Fair. TL; DR – Simple. Fast. Easy. Vroom. Seriously though

Picked a car from fair app and the dealership gave the a lemon. It sounded like I drove a monster truck of the lot. Gave it right back and had to wait a 6 business day unwind. You will be charged recurring payment even if you didn't drive the vehicle home. After the 6 days you will have to wait another 5-10 business days for your money back. For someone who does Uber for a living the service is far from convenient. Wind down period takes way too long

When I stumbled across fair.com ok… contacted customer service via chat they called me right away was given point of contact at the dealership & was on my way. Hoping the dealership knew about the app (another negative comment I noticed) I walked in the salesman super awesome knew exactly what I was picking up and knew all about fair.com! They were still detailing my car but otherwise I showed them my License
