We started our fairy garden a few months ago and have purchased all houses from Fairy Glen. We love it.
The ones that light up are cute at night for all the fairies can see where to go.

Great selection! Easy enough website to traverse. My only 2 slight complaints are the lack of a "quick view" option or ability to browse without leaving the page I'm on and the lack of photos for each product. I can't even zoom in and the "enlarged photo" option in many cases does not enlarge the photo. This may be a mobile site only problem as I'm on my phone, but it's something I'd encourage the site manager to look into if they have any interest in improving customer/potential customer interaction. Otherwise, everything seems updated and I appreciate the additional info pertaining to covid and shipments.

Due to the current situation with the virus, the order took nearly two months to arrive, but customer service was excellent. They responded to my enquiries promptly (allowing for time difference) and politely. Item arrived undamaged after it's long journey!

Wonderful shopping experience. Post office lost item delivered empty box. Fairy Glen stepped right up to replace without any hassles! Item arrived in perfect condition, and I am very happy with it. Second one I have ordered and I still have the first one! Will definitely shop here again!

Your website needs some tech attention. It took me 6 tries to place the order. Also, after entering an item into the cart, when I would opt to keep shopping, I was unable to get back to the last page I was on and had to stsrt the search all over again. It was very frustrating. If I hadn't been looking for a specific item to order and was instead just browsing, you would have lost my business already. As a first time customer with your shop, I am hoping the rest of my experience is more favorable.

As of now my shopping experience has been great. Hopefully the delivery process will be a good experience also. Looking forward to making purchases from you in the future. I might mention I did take overnight to make this purchase but I was still within my 24 hour coupon time to use a coupon I was emailed so I am disappointed about that. But at least I did get a 5% discount on this order. Thank you.

What am I supposed to write on 'state' in shipping information? My country doesn't have states the way US does. Otherwise, no complaints.

Super easy and quick. Would have given 5 stars for a bit more detail on the product, such as if the water bottle was could be washed in the dishwasher, etc. Checkout was great.

Had 2 calls with the Fairy Glen Team – the restrictions resulting from Covid-19 has affected inventory replenishment schedules, supply shipments, and customer shipping. The last conversation I had with your team last week was, all pieces of my order were in or being sorted and my order would ship within 4 – 7 days.

I ordered 4 book fairies on 4/11/20, I have received no update or correspondence of any kind and it is now 5/15/20. My correspondence went to a wrong email so it's hard to respond when you don't receive the email. Joe the owner got back to me promptly the next business day and fixed my issues. One of the items I ordered is out of stock and back ordered. The other three are on there way. Very pleasant and courteous over the phone and I do love their products. Thanks Joe

Placed an order over a month ago and it still has not shipped. 3 weeks ago I was told it would ship within a week. Yesterday I was told it would ship in 2 – 3 weeks. They have already charged my credit card for the order and charged me $12 to ship it. This was a birthday present that took place 2 weeks ago. Website said items would ship in 5-7 days. Ha!! What a joke!

Mug i ordered was described online as able to use. Box came with a sticker on it that says Decoration Only
