Return process is one of the worst I had. It has been 2 weeks since the order (# 7081566) was returned to them and no refund. I have contacted them after 1 week saying that the order was returned to them. They said to wait 2 weeks for it to go to warehouse and 2 weeks more for the refund to be issued. This is crazy waiting time!
I was planning to re-order a sweater in another size and color but now I don鈥檛 think this would happen.
P.s. The ordering, delivery and packaging were great for that reason 2 stars and not 1.
