This experience has been wonderful, the canvas came huge with a beautiful black framing along the side. For the size it was nice and lightweight, able to handle yourself and hang up yourself. It looks perfect in our living room, bedroom or even our now upgraded dining room (usually I would feel weird putting a canvas in our dining room, but I was really impressed with the quality, so that's where it's hanging now lol)

This will be my fourth canvas print! Do I get one for me soon for free? Lol. Love your products!

Ordering is quick and easy. Proposed artwork shown in the ordering process to help in the decision making. A barrage of added-cost options shown after placing the order. Not sure they are all value-added but likely useful for some. Overall it is a seamless process that I appreciate for on-line shopping. The gift was very nice and thoughtful but did Not anticipate the emotional impact on the recipient… just like the promos. That in itself was worth the price.

I think our shopping experience was unique in the fact that we ordered in the middle of a pandemic when delivery services may take a bit more time then usual AND there was a problem with our order. What I valued most about my experience is that even with both difficulties the company communicated with us. It was via email and yes I was a bit worried but it all worked out. We were very happy with the final product!

It came out really beautiful! I didn't however see the customization for different backgrounds while setting it up to order. The delivery time was very long and yes I do know it had to be drawn up and customized but it took about a week to find out it was being confirmed. Then another to make it. Then took almost another 2 weeks to get here. Other than the delivery wait it was amazing and highly recommend it for an heartwarming gift!

Ordered mine, it was delivered within a week and a half, Fed Ex delivered and text me as the product arrived. Brought it upstairs and I absolutely love it, my fianc茅 loves it, all the kids love it, I will definitely recommend this company as they stand by what they say. I purchased the largest canvas they had available with 8 names on it. Well worth it.

I ordered my picture before Christmas. With all the mail issues through the holidays we just received the portrait. First, it is beautiful and well worth the wait. Second, this company has been wonderful about communicating issues and delays. They have been very attentive to our concerns and in the end went above and beyond. I will use this company again in the future and definitely recommend their service!

Today, I received an unexpected gift in the mail. My Dec 6th ordered canvas! I was not expecting it, since I actually cancelled the order. I am extremely please! The beauty and quality of this item is top notch. I sincerely believe FGC feels horrible with the issues incurred with many of our orders and this was a beautiful gesture to make it right鈥攁nd my wife loves it. We will definitely order from them again.

We received our sign and love it. Great quality. It was a few days tardy on shipping over the holidays but that's to be expected. Worth the purchase.

Bad business warning! Don't place order unless you don't care about receiving merchandise. Apparently my order placed on 11/30/2020 was "lost with a batch of other prints, so they say…" I'm still waiting for order. I've attempted contacting customer service and when they reply, I reply to said reply and get nothing back EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have no idea if the print is coming or when. At this time I'll probably have to file a dispute with bank to get money back. With all these "lost orders" I think this company needs to be reported to BBB.

We'll see how the order is fulfilled as this is my first time shopping with Family Gifts. I was concerned about being offered an additional fee for safe delivery & vip service since I'd expect those two items to be part of providing superior customer service.

I was pleased that the Company contacted me to confirm the accuracy of my special order. I was excited to see the end result & I couldn't be happier!

With all the holiday scams out there, when I saw this ad on facebook, I thought…"I don't know about this". But I took a leap of faith (after trying to find out anything negative about the company–I didn't) I was Very happy with the print. Personalized perfectly. Appreciated being able to approve of the layout before printing. Shipped as promised in well constructed, study wrapping.

Absolutely love the canvas picture, but I bought as a birthday present for 12/10 birthday, didn't even get it till after Christmas and no update from you till I emailed. Email response time was good but never real clean on actual delivery date. If you just communicated better that you were overwhelmed with orders and the actual delivery date estimate without me having to ask it would have helped. I was worried the whole thing was a scam. I love the Canvas picture and quality, thank you so much!

Everything from beginning to end went just fine. I ordered in early December hoping to get my gift by Christmas. It did not arrive until December 29th. However, with high volume and the year of Covid, I realize that delays were possible and most likely probable. I understand why the late arrival. I was given emails and feedback on why the delay was taking place. Overall, it was a great experience and handled very professionally. The online ordering was easy n smooth. Getting it shipped was terrible. Ordered it on Cyber Monday n received it 23 days later. Extremely worried that it wasn't going to get here before Christmas. It did n I'm thankful, not sure if it would have been shipped had I not emailed them. Hate to write this since I really like the item. Just letting you know, don't wait to the last minute to order if you want this on a certain date.

Shopping on website was easy. Price affordable. Liked ability to buy extra things for picture. Shipping was terrible but found out it was not just my product but other peoples products that they had bought from other sites that had shipping issues also. It was a Christmas gift for my wife which was supposed to be received by the 15 of December and did not receive it till day after Christmas. Other than that, wife loved the gift and quality was well worth the price I paid for it.

I bought the water/dock scene and gave it as a "Family Christmas Gift" this year. We are a blended family and it was a perfect gift we could include our all of our 8 children. We travel to Florida as a family quite often and it reminds all of us of our favorite place. We received it quickly and arrived carefully packaged. Great quality and looks amazing in our home! I am thinking of ordering another product for another room in our home! Love it!

Outside of the inability to track my order I got what I paid for and plan to purchase more in the future. The overall product was better then I thought it would be and my wife loved it. I would hope they fix the support issues no one should have to chase their order and you should be reaching out to customers instead of the other way around. All in all I was pleased with my experience thank you.

The " but wait" offers were a bit much, but I get it. Otherwise, easy ordering process. Can't wait to see product. If it's nice, I'll give 5 stars.

It's a little suspect when the company asks for more option then the "no" is in small print to select. Overall satisfied!

Available in different languages so we were able to personalize our art. We were so happy with the one we got that we ordered one for another family member. It's a great gift and the quality is really good. Highly recommended!

This is my first time ordering and so I havent seen my actual canvases yet but the website was easy to navigate and I LOVE that you can preview what your print/canvas will look like with your names listed. The only slight negative is if you "click" on an image and then want to back out and continue to view other options it takes you back to the begin of your search.

I got an email from them asking me how I felt about the items I had chose. I told him I had not gotten the items yet, so they went and tracked the packages to let me know where they were and when they would be arriving.
They made me feel like my packages were just as important to them as they were to me.
