I ordered a ring from here on may 16 and it still has not come in. I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago and they have not responded. Dont buy from this company.

If I could select less than 1 star and write a review I would have. Scam scam scam. Ordered a small gold necklace for our niece for Christmas. Order was placed on 11/24 via my debit card, so funds have already been withdrawn. I received a couple emails from them at the beginning of December stating your order status has been updated, however that鈥檚 the only information provided and nothing since. I have emailed them 3 times to find out what is going on with my order and have gotten no replies. There is also no phone # to contact this company to speak with anyone. I have yet to receive this order and don鈥檛 have much hope that I will at this point.

The phone number listed on their website is invalid.
The lawnmower received is defect.
It is a scam. Don't buy anything from this website

I have emailed them three times regarding a missing item in an order. They never respond. They have a picture of an american family on their site and claim that they have been in business for 32 years but clearly it is a scam. This is a very bad company and I would not order from them again. The items are from China and very cheap. You can get similar things on other sites for much cheaper and from sites that actually respond to customers. I'm contacting BBB as well, DON'T ORDER FROM FAMILY DEALS!

Never delivered package and won鈥檛 return email correspondence. I would give less than one star if this app would allow me to. I am reporting this company to the BBB. Total scam!!!

You order something that seems good quality in the pictures and they basically order it from the cheapest place in China and put your address so China can send it to you. I ordered leggings for $30 and I received leggings that would've costed $5 here in the US, very low quality. Never replied to my email about how to return. Total scam and ripoff. I don't understand why a company would try to grow by literally stealing people's money.

Terrible customer service! They sent me a wrong item and I have been emailing them and they do not respond.

I waited two months. I still have not received my item. I鈥檝e emailed them but I think they are not legitimate since I have not received any help. They took my money right away though.

Claim you can return items is a scam! The website says you can do returns and to email, but they never email back, and there's no phone number available. Shipment came from China. There website is a front I imagine.

Their customer service is A1, they handle all questions expertly and ready to help in any problems related to theirs products. They have done great job, we can commend their products, services to everyone who like fair price and good quality. Just try it!!!

Suddenly I started to receive "deals", which I never sign up.
