Terrible experience – emailed customer service re an item which wasn鈥檛 delivered (due to my fault initially), now they鈥檝e had my money and the item back for over a month, without delivering or refunding. Can鈥檛 get in touch with customer service.

I ordered a basketball jersey from here and immediately panicked when I saw the reviews. Please don鈥檛 let it put you off. I called customer service in the morning for reassurance as my order was a pre order and wasn鈥檛 expected until early March. The lad i spoke too was so pleasant and nice we starting talking about our admiration for basketball jerseys. He told me I had the right to cancel at anytime with a refund which would be in my account in 5 working days. However, I decided to wait it out and my jersey actually arrived a few days later! So pleased with this service, il be ordering again 100% thank you fanatics UK!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! If only I could give ZERO stars. AWFUL experience. Reading other reviews was just like my own experience. They are a DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT company. Taking people's money.
Ordered Christmas present. Didn't arrive. Didn't have the courtesy to let me know, reply to any of my emails, online chat not working as well….how convenient??!!. Asked for a refund on 7th Jan. They finally emailed to say they will cancel but LIED. NO REFUND!!. Phoning credit card to didputes and claim back.

Ordered England Rugby goods as Christmas presents totalling 拢101.95 on 2 Dec and was advised delivery would be before 10 Dec. Nothing turned up. No response to 12 emails sent. They do not answer telephone number, respond to facebook messages and the chat feature is not working online. It is now 21 January and I have passed on to my credit card company to refund me. Shocking company – I will report to trading standards and all official channels as they are rouge traders – rip-off merchants – a disgrace to the retail industry

I should agree with most reviewers here; this company is awful; My complain, personally is about their customer service and their return policy.
I ordered 3 items which arrived very quickly, impressive. Its for a spanish football team but their warehouse is in the UK, very handy, However, two of the items are defective. To return items you have to pay, which is unbelievable ,as they sold products that are not fit for purpose.The only other way is, with a lot of patience and time, you may be able to speak to someone in their chat room(there is no phone number or email address to write to, just like a fraudulent operation curiously).That person will decide if you are entitled to a refund on your product!! forget about your right to return an item within the cooling period, which i believe is the law in the UK…

Terrible company. Ordered some British & Irish Lions merchandise for my Dad鈥檚 Christmas present on December 14th and despite being told I should receive it on the 18th, I鈥檓 still waiting nearly a month later. Obviously couldn鈥檛 give him the gifts at Christmas but have contacted them numerous times to ask what鈥檚 going on and have been completely ignored. Spoke to their U.S parent company last week who said Fanatics International should contact me in 2-3 days. Nothing. Awful. Don鈥檛 use this company.

Worst company ever. Ordered two jerseys one in M and one in L. Ordering and receiving confirmation mail went well. Of course getting my money was excellent and fast. But after that nothing! I had to contact them and THAN they telling me ordered held back because one item is not in stock. Really? The item that had the sooner delivery date is not available? And I have to contact YOU and YOU ME?? Okay item removed from order because it should get fast. But since than again nothing happens. Now they telling me I canceled the old order and did a new one. Really? Not true! But letting me pay 20鈧?f眉r express delivery and company is doing nothing to fullfill anything. Please do not order here. Now I have to open a PayPal claim

Placed an order on 10th Dec, fully aware that the item wouldn鈥檛 be delivered until early Jan.
Nothing has arrived. No tracking information or response to my emails. I have lodged a complaint via PayPal but zero response to this either! 馃檮

Terrible company to deal with,asked for a medium youths and an age 5/6 years was sent through .Phoned them on numerous occasions to be told it was the email department that dealt with this sort of thing,I had to take photos of everything to prove their mistake,no reply from them after 4 emails with the information they asked for.Now left with a nfl top complete wrong size and no use to anybody due to their mistake .Avoid like the plague

Order confirmation received 28 Nov 20 saying delivery 03 Dec 20. No further communication from Fanatics and no items delivered! Hopeless online customer service, never anyone available and no answer when phoning their office. These items were Christmas gifts but now just want a refund. This is my worst customer service experience ever!
A week after TrustPilot posted my review I received an email from Fanatics/Kitbag saying I would receive a full refund due to items being out of stock. I have now received the refund but unlikely to use them again.

I received a jacket for my son for Christmas but it was too large. I have spent the past week trying to get in touch with someone in customer service as the cost for the jacket was 40 USD more then the amount they were going to provide via rebound!! Additionally, following Rebound, I would have to pay 20.00 to them to have it shipped!! That means I would essentially get 30 USD refund for a jacket I paid 90.00 USD for. I have sent 3 emails, called several times, and used their online assistance to try to get this figured out. Nothing! No response to emails, no one answers the calls, and online assistance disconnect on the hard questions. This company is a disgrace and their return policy claims are fraudulent. Will be reporting to FTC.

I have ordered two items off this site. Fanatics International. They were delayed in shipping due to the holiday, which I get but was still promised BEFORE Christmas.! By the 21st of December. I Ordered a hat first and then a customized jersey a week later. I JUST received the jersey (which the number is NOT CENTERED) and I have yet to receive my hat.! I have emailed 4x just to get a tracking or ETA on it but I have NO response.! I have NO IDEA where my item is at. I'm so frustrated I'm just going to cancel and ask for refund.! Very disappointed that I can't get an employee or some one to reply to me.!

Similar to other reviews – ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, with an expected delivery date of 18th December, but nothing received by Christmas, no tracking updates provided and when I contacted customer service was told that there were delays with stock. When I asked why they hadn鈥檛 updated their website if they knew this, they declined to answer. Very disappointing and no responsibility taken for letting a customer down. Avoid if you need something by a certain date.

Do not use!!!
Terrible service I still have not received my parcel which I ordered at the beginning of December. I have rung them countless times and they just blame Hermes. They lie on the phone to you all the time and have got no intention of sorting the problem out.
I had no choice but to go and buy an alternative present to replace this one so I am now even more out of pocket.
What they are doing is nothing short of fraud!

Ordered something at the beginning of December for Christmas and it鈥檚 still not arrived and stated delivery is 11th Dec (was ordered on 8th) – no e-mail to confirm when it would be here at all, nothing on tracking etc.

I struggled to contact Fanatics Intl as they have an American and UK website so admittedly I did keep clicking on the wrong one. After a week or so I just put it down to Christmas post and tried not to stress over it!

it鈥檚 now Christmas Eve and still no parcel from them! I spoke to someone called Bilal on live chat who said that the stock is not live on the website and there鈥檚 no timescale that he can give me for when this gift will arrive. He said it is on order at the moment and will be sent out as a priority when the stock comes in, which is fair enough if they had informed me at the time of purchase!

They asked if I want to cancel my order, which I don鈥檛 as it鈥檚 a gift however I did I ask if it was a 365 day refund policy and he disconnected the chat and that was the end

Extremely frustrating, if it had said online that the stock was on order and wouldn鈥檛 have a confirmed date I wouldn鈥檛 have been so annoyed over the gift not arriving! More clarity should be shown on the website or via e-mail regarding the status of orders.

I was worried about all of the bad reviews but each time I've ordered from Fanatics Intl/ NHL Shop UK (part of Fanatics) I've had good service and so has my wife when ordering gifts. During the summer my chosen delivery shop was closed and the parcel was lost, customer services sent a new package immediately and was received the next day. I just ordered a Christmas present that came direct from the USA – it took 2-3 weeks to get to the UK but this was warned ahead of time. Any questions about import taxes were responded to on the phone without any hassle. Products always as described. Usually have a discount code. Can't complain

Service is terrible! I contacted customer services after a voucher code did not remove the delivery costs. They informed me to place an order and email the order number to have the difference refunded. Almost 7 weeks later and countless emails trying to chase and I still do not have the refund. I feel this company is untrustworthy and will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Awful. Absolutely awful customer service. You鈥檙e expected to use the returns portal to return your item. That portal doesn鈥檛 work. Trying to get hold of someone in customer service to receive a simple address to return the item is like trying to fly to the moon. Absolutely abysmal. I won鈥檛 be ordering off them again. Shocking!

My order came for the Giants San Fran Basball Shirt! I love it ! I haven鈥檛 checked the size for my Boyfriend yet but it looks true to size! Delivery came only a couple of days after the estimated day so I鈥檓 really impressed ! Everyone should give Fanatics a try and don鈥檛 be put off by bad reviews. I鈥檓 really impressed ! Thank You so much and have a lovely Christmas !
