i bought a coat from them on 7th November and it arrived 9th December which is pretty quick for me if i buy anything from US or China but however the product was not what was pictured and the size was completely off i orded a 3XL and got a child's coat that wouldn't even fit my 11 year old sibling and when i emailed them stating i wanted a refund they offered me 10% off first and when i said no they then offered me 20% off as it would cost me more than 20 USD to send it back and when i said no again they sent me an address but however since sending me the address the shop is no longer active and they are not responding to emails. DO NOT USE!!!

If it was possible to rate this store as 0 stars I would.

The coat I ordered was a completely different one to in the picture – different colour, size, no hood, so basically a completely different design altogether. I contacted them to get the item refunded and they refused. All they offered was to send out another coat and to pay back 10%. When I reiterated that I would like a refund they said they only would if the item was sent back with full postage costs paid by myself. As their shop is in the US it would cost me 20USD to return, so obviously this was not an option.
Terrible shop, terrible low quality items, and terrible service.

Suck with a coat that doesn鈥檛 look like the damn picture and doesn鈥檛 fix too
Can鈥檛 have your money back with them, once you agreed to the order YOU LITERALLY LOST THEM,CAN鈥橳 REACH THEM, CAN鈥橳 FIND THEM, DISAPPEARED

I have check this morning their website and it seems they are no longer active! The shop is unavailable!!!

I am afraid that we won't get anymore any of the items that we ordered and we won't get either refund money for it! it is lost but i am sure that we all learned from it:(!

I have been receiving lots of e-mails from FancyNora! always starting with: "Dear Buyer, sorry for the inconvenience鈥?."! never writing my name and never answering right to my questions! it is like, a computer is generating again and again same e-mails….! so, nobody to talk with!!
i have ask to be refunded since i didn't get the items yet (3 months already). they are still responding with same sentences鈥?that the items are on the way….!!!! I want my money back!!! Is somebody can tell me if he/she succeeded to find a phone number to this company or there isn't phone number since it is simply ans purely a SCAM;(!!!

First off, I ordered the coats and sweaters when it was still warmish (Oct) and I didn't receive anything until after Christmas.

I am not sure I would have gotten anything if I hadn't baggered them via email (because there is no other way to reach them). And I mean sssseeeveral emails.

Finally they sent me a few emails and the tracking info was junk. Not real.

I persisted with the emails and just requested a refund. At which point they sent me one that worked but who knows. I wish they had just cancelled. The order is coming in in several different shipments and only about half of mine have come in.

Of those that have come in EVERYTHING is horrible. NOTHING LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES. Colors, fit, fabric, all of it. Just crap. The quality is complete garbage.

It is now January and only half of the order has come in and I'm going to goodwill all of it.

Such a waste. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

This website is a complete scam. Never received product and the website disappeared when i tried to track it just dont even waste your time with it!!!!!!

The jacket I had received did not look like the picture. I ordered one with fur around the hood and that is not what I got. The material of the jacket was also cheap. I tried to get information on how to return the jacket through their customer service email, but yet to hear back from them and it has been 3 weeks. I would not recommend purchasing these over priced jackets.

Haven't seen the coat I ordered on the 28th of Nov and apparently this shop doestn't even exist anymore. Hopefully PayPal can solve this and I can get my money back but otherwise it's a scam and a ripoff.

I wanna give it 0 stars total scam. I tried to contact them and let them know that the 2 little wind breaker looking coats they sent me was NOT what I ordered. But they took the site down. I was already weary about ordering but went against my better judgement.

The coat i received is not the coat that was advertised in the photo
they are scamming people online .. the coat don't have any pockets
the fur on the collar is horrible if i could i sue this company .. i will be contacting BBB

SCAM IN CHINA!!!!!! Y鈥檃ll I saw a beautiful Thick Furry, Winter COAT on Instagram 2 months ago on this site, fancynora.com. Winter was starting so I Ordered the coat. Online it looked really cute & tailored , the color was on point & I loved the style of the hood with the fur. Immediately after ordering I continued to get pop up advertisements on my timeline from this site but didn鈥檛 think anything of it, I hadn鈥檛 browsed their site in the meantime. I waited about a month and noticed I hadn鈥檛 received the coat so I decided to track my package. After numerous times of unsuccessfully trying to track the item with an INVALID tracking number they provide, I located an email address for them & went in about my order as the shipping said 10 days and I was getting impatient & Leary about all this. I received a response from them shockingly and they told me that my order was on its way & to be patient…??? A week later I got the coat and let me tell you this coat is garbage!!! I could tell from the thin package it came in as there was NO way a big winter coat was packaged the way it was in this zip lock bag. The material is cheap all around, this small jacket is flimsy & must be for a child , the material near the zipper is frayed , the fur and the style of the coat ant even the same as what is advertised on the site. The color is off , oh and the pockets are FAKE , they are sealed closed. This little thin jacket is NOT what I saw on their site and they know it and I鈥檓 beyond upset!!!!!! Now mysteriously there is NO website any longer and as I mentioned earlier I was getting advertisements from their company during the process on Instagram , but as soon as I tried to track my package I couldn鈥檛 find them online again or even Instagram any longer which was really weird & leads me to believe they are a scam & they most likely phish their customers internet activity. Based on what I got & these reviews I can tell that they do this very often. I鈥檓 so frustrated with these people & wish I can sue the crap out of them cause I want my money back!

Where is investment on an Internet website ever it looks like an eight-year-old make this coat

1/3 of a star just like everyone else I'm waiting on the products to come this was a xmas present for sons girlfriend who found this crap on Facebook I stopped one order she wanted boots from some out of country site I guess I should have loved where this was from and stopped it. I've told him next time she wants to order something else if I can not walk in to get it it's not being bought. As all others has said DO NOG BIY FROM THIS DYE OT DISAPPEARS WHRN U PURCHASE!!!

this site is a scam it took over a month to get this coat and it was literally a different coat from which I ordered for my daughter! Before I received the coat, I wanted a refund and the site has been taken down

Anyone who gives this site more than 1 star must be an employee….
This company continuously change their name and funny enough, I have just tried their website and it鈥檚 down… Based in China. I have only discovered this since ordering a 拢40 coat, which took 2 months to arrive and the description was a "heavy warm winter coat" and it was the absolute OPPOSITE. I wouldn't even pay 拢1 for this item in a pound shop. Cheap tat, stitching misaligned and light as a feather.
Emailed for a refund to service at fancynora.com and they completely IGNORE it. I will be instructing legal action, out of principle although, as they are not based in the UK, we all know how this will end, so save your well-earned 拢 and stay away from these scammers. Facebook should be held accountable for promoting this company. DO NOT USE.I should have read these reviews before ordering. All items online are seriously filtered, enhanced and misleading.

Do not buy anything from them! Keep your money and spend it somewhere else.
I believe it鈥檚 a scam I ordered 2 jackets to come to the UK for me and my sister and 2 to get sent to Canada for my auntie and mum, the ones for the UK arrived after a month but looked nothing like the jacket I ordered the colour wasn鈥檛 the same and the size was way too big for a small.
After cussing them out for weeks on a daily basis they finally got back to me and said they鈥檒l give me 10% refund back. I wasn鈥檛 having it so carried on cussing them out and they told me to post the item back and they鈥檒l give me a full refund I I done that but I spend 拢30 just to post it back to them.
But they鈥檙e still ignoring the fact that the one that was supposed to be sent to Canada never arrived.
If you want my advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Plus they shut down their website
If anyone knows a way to sue this company please let me know.

I ordered WINTER JACKETS FROM THIS SITE AND AFTER 2 AND HALF MONTHS THEY CAME AND THERE ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WINTER JACKETS ITS MORE LIKE SUMMER JACKET AND THERE NOT EVEN SIMILAR LIKE THE JACKETS ON THERE WEBSITE…..!I M DEFINETLY GOINT TO SUE THEM…I ALLREADY CALL MY LAWYERS SO SEE U ON COURT!

my mom ordered me a coat on november 25th . got only one confirmation email , and nothing after that . we emailed them multiple times never got a respond back . we went to the website today and its not there anymore! i dont know if its just us but the website is gone . HORRIBLE SCAMMING ! DONT BUY FROM THEM !

Ordered winter coat for 60 euro. After month received it today, the quality is complete garbage the coat isn't even winter, looks opposite to a picture in their onlineshop. The onlineshop site is no more reachable. What are the chances I get refund?! Wish I would read more reviews before ordering. Scam 100%.

Dang I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them. Merchandise is horrible. Bought 2 coats and neither one look how they did in the pictures. Both coats are bad quality as well. Want to return but has anyone gotten there money back?
