I鈥檝e been trying to find a site that allows me to customize a Playoff Pool similar time one I鈥檝e been in for the last 7 years that was only done through email with handwritten teams and manual scoring.

I sent an email looking for some help on setting this up and Brandon went above and beyond in answering all my questions and giving me a hand with the process. It looks like I鈥檓 finally going to be able to move this pool into the 21st century!!

The last two years I've used Fantrax for my custom scoring fantasy NASCAR pool. The support group at Fantrax has helped with everything that has come up from a minor issue to even more serious issues they have solved everything very quickly.

Nothing but good things to say about Fantrax… Not only do they have a superior fantasy product, but they helped me setup my league with fast responses. They also offered some new member perks 😉

I will be campaign to move any remaining leagues I'm in to Fantrax!

Best fantasy website on the Internet hands down. The customizable options are unreal. Light years ahead of Yahoo, ESPN, CBS…
Amazing how many of their features are absolutely free. I鈥檝e been using this site since it started and it continues to get better and better all the time.

Extensive customization. Great customer service. Open to suggestions and move very quickly on feature requests.

The mobile app was not great in 2017, but 2018 brought some fantastic changes and it works really well. Still a few items to improve on there, but I'm assuming 2019 will bring it even more improvement based on the progress they've made so far.

The free service is, dare I say, a bargain? My first year using the premium service will be this year. It has everything that CBS has plus alot more and it's about half the cost. Can't beat it.

Been using Fantrax for a few seasons now, and I have reached out to their support staff a couple times for minor issues or questions (eg. Player position eligibility, and switching account emails) I鈥檝e encountered. Each time I鈥檝e gotten a very prompt reponse that has been thorough, thought out, and very helpful.

Me and my friends have a 4 division 12 team per division NBA league and there are so many things you can customize that you cannot on all other sites

Fantrax is awesome. I have made several clicking mistakes and every time they fix it within minutes to hours. It鈥檚 reliable and their employees are great at their jobs.

I have played fantasy football for many years now. In the past I have played in as many as 46 season long fantasy football leagues in one season, while being the commissioner of 20 leagues. I even began looking into creating my own fantasy football website, having top notch developers lined up to develop the site….then all of the regulation came in and so I stopped. For me, the plain Jane 鈥渟tandard鈥?fantasy football leagues and scoring has just gotten boring.

Then, I stumbled across Fantrax via google search. Fantrax is by far the best site I have ever seen, by far! The commissioner customizable options are far better than any other site in the industry, nothing is even close. The online draft was smooth. And doing the private commissioner leagues is legal in all 50 states, even with the use of their treasurer, they hold the entry fees and funds paid into the league until the end of the season. The treasure does not even charge any fees at all, The house keeps zero dollars. (Not even credit card fees) I don鈥檛 even know how they do that!

The website and the format allows you to almost do anything you want to do, and the scoring customizable options are far better than what any other site offers. Thank you so much for your service! Hopefully someday I can get back up to my 20 league total of being the commissioner!

They will steal from you guaranteed. They are impossible to reach by email or phone. I started a league and it will not fill up because no one wants to use fantrax. I requested a refund in many different ways and have not recieved a response in over a week. I have tried multiple times on multiple days and believe now that they are aware that it is a failing platform so they are trying to steal as much money as possible from you. DO NOT USE FANTRAX, just stick with yahoo.

Here is my honest opinion… I am new to fantrax – I paid fully for the premium league. I sent multiple questions and never got an answer, I called multiple times and never got an answer – We are now into live action and I have a problem and still cannot get an answer. It is very clear to me that the only thing they are interested in was the money and blasting you with thousands of ads. This is the worst I have ever experienced and I have been playing fantasy sports for over 12 years.

I finally got a response but it was only to complain about my review and suggest that I am so lame that I probably have their responses in my "Spam" section of my email – I do not have any answers from them to me at all. I've been using the site for 3 years, been running a 4-sport dynasty league each of those years, and hands down there is no better site out there. We tried Yahoo, ESPN – they're toys compared to Fantrax. and not interested in paying for CBS.

Great formats on fantrax would not play anywhere else..I do this for a living

very little personalization and flexibility in ranking systems
customer service snarky when asking a question
not a lot of league choices and most don't get enough players

My experience at Fantrax has been exceptional and noteworthy in many ways. Their commitment to building an ever expanding and improving product has been apparent from the first day that I started using their platform for College Fantasy Football, back in 2014. Previously, we had been using CBS – an experience that I would describe as frustrating, static, and generally unpleasant. Even when Fantrax cannot immediately offer an enhancement that I ask for, they always reply quickly and are open to giving consideration for future development. Their commitment to having an up to date player pool, and consistently updating relevant details showcases their desire to keep users happy. Perhaps most impressive is the expediency with which they handle user feedback and questions. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a detailed response, tailored to my specific ask – which is very admirable given that Fantrax operates at a national level. If you are considering playing anywhere else, make sure you make it a priority to check out Fantrax prior to locking in that decision – you won't be disappointed.

I had pointed out that there was an error in our head-to-head basketball league to Fantrax's p.r. department – realizing that triple doubles (3D) were not being counted as double-doubles in our league, even though it's just a sweeter double-double (DD). Unfortunately, 3D+2D as a scoring category was a "premium" category, not available in free leagues like my own. However, once they recognized the loophole, they made this feature free for our league! This is such personality coming from an industry where vanilla companies like ESPN and Yahoo! will give you an extensive wait time, and won't pull strings for you. But Fantrax has been the single best fantasy decision I ever made! I would recommend this site to experienced fantasy sports players every time!

We have been using Fantrax for a 14 team dynasty league for 3 years now and everyone agrees it is FAR better than the official Fantasy Premier League. The main reasons are:

Individually owned players
Transfers/trades between teams
Head to head matchups each week
Ability to pick your team right up until each player's kickoff time

You can even customise your scoring system (so you can mirror the official game's scoring if you wish), plus there's a million different options. I would highly recommend you give Fantrax a try, especially if you have a long standing league with committed players. The dynasty/keeper league function (where you keep some or all of your squad intact for the next season) adds a real long term element. Plus it's free.

Honestly, this is the best, most customizeable website one could imagine. I'm not talking just for fantasy sports – but in general, it's just a fantastic product.

You get complete control over everything (and it's all automated). And the service is great – always get a response within a few hours and always open to suggestions / ideas.

First year playing fantasy on fantrax and having a great time. Can't see us going back to anything else. A few minor things with stats we're learning on the way, but the customer support has been outstanding.

I use Fantrax for our annual College Basketball fantasy league. No other site allows the customization and ease in setting up your fantasy league. You can literally pick all options (and we do). We couldn't do this without Fantrax. It is the best site out there and we are now on year #4 with our League. This year, we've noticed the enhanced re-design of the webpage and it looks great.

In addition, best support team. They are very responsive and get back to you very quickly.

Bottom Line: Drop the big names and use Fantrax.

I began using this site last year and have nothing but praise. The staff are very quick to respond to questions and the overall site is smooth and easy to maneuver. I would recommend this site to anyone!

You can do so much more than the other sites like Yahoo, ESPN, NFL, Fleaflicker ECT.. And compared to MFL who has alot of options too, Fantrax is so much more user friendly(and free for alot of deeper options unlike MFL).
Used the support feature for the first time this month and was impressed at the response time and the personalized answers. Most sites give you a canned answer and hope you leave them alone. If you need a personalized answer, good luck, you'll grow old waiting.

A couple suggestions would be to add the opponents rank against your players position.

Another which I haven't seen anywhere but would be handy if possible would be a place to add notes on the players screen that pops up when you click their name.

Personally i love fantrax as a whole. Works well on my samsung, works well when im at the office on the pc. Alot of the features are well above other sites.

The one thing it lacks is real time financial contracts. They do a big financial update in september which is great….. but if you are doing a team draft in the summer months in a league that has a cap… its not ideal.

hopefully they team up with a site like general fanger to make these updates more frequent and hopefully as accurate as a cap site in the future!

DURING THE 13 YEARS I HAVE HAD IN ONE YEAR 27 FOOTBALL, 13 BASEBALL, 5 HOCKEY, 1 EPL, 1 NASCAR, 1 GOLF, 2 BASKETBALL, YEA THERE MAY BE A LITTLE ADDICTION THERE… BUT SPREAD OUT THROUGH ESPN, YAHOO, CBS, MYFANTASYLEAGUE, MLB, NFL… ON AND ON. NOW I AM DOWN TO 5 FOOTBALLS, 3 BASEBALLS, AND 4 HOCKEY LEAGUES. I LOVE THE ABILITY FANTRAX GIVES ME TO MAKE MY LEAGUES UNIQUE AND "MINE". THE OPTIONS ARE AMAZING. THERE IS A FEELING IN TIME TO GET USED TO ALL THE OPTIONS, BUT IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS FANTASY MANAGER… THIS IS FOR YOU. YAHOO AND OTHERS WOULD MESS UP PROSPECTS, MESS UP DRAFTABLE PLAYERS… FANTRAX WILL ADD THEM FOR YOU (99% OF THE TIME THEY ARE THERE ALREADY). FOR ANY TYPE OF DYNASTY/ KEEPER LEAGUE GET ON FANTRAX AND STAY THERE. SOME PLAYERS/MANAGERS/PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF CHANGE FROM THE NORM (YAHOO, ESPN, CBS) BUT TAKE THE CHANCE… YOU'LL BE MUCH HAPPIER.
