I am not one to write reviews but the service I have received has been exceptional…
With the current climate with the covid 19 I called the Farnel Jaguar Leeds, I was transferred to Ikram, who answered my 100 questions over the phone and I booked my initial appointment.
The day I arrived at my appointment the showroom I was greeted with a smile and Ikram was waiting for us.. all running on time,
What amazed me he took his time with us to show us the different models of our chosen cars ..and was very honest..(this was the key) as he wasn鈥檛 the typical sales consultant trying to gain commission … we decided what we wanted to test drive .. this was arranged few days later.. the cars where sanitised and ready for us to test drive locally for 30mins ..
When we returned we was greeted by Ikram at the door, which was a very nice personal touch .
He took time again to go through the details and show us the vehicles trims again… and again answered my 100 questions ..
We went away and decide we wanted to go ahead.
Again a smooth process and everything was done within the time frame given by Ikram.. he was available all the time to answer our questions and concerns
Car collection day … very excited
Ikram called and gave us a time to arrive, when we arrived we just needed to complete the formalities ..
Due to the current climate we couldn鈥檛 go through a in-depth handover , but we had been given a detailed video and also Ikram was available to answer our questions
I would highly recommend Leeds Farnel Jaguar and especially Ikram as a sales consultant.. as he just went above and beyond to ensure we are happy and took time to explain everything to us either in person or on the phone.
I am now enjoying my new Jaguar .. I will only your Jaguar Leeds from now on .

You may want to send a memo to Leeds as they have clearly lost their way.
The car was good, the deal was good enough, But as the soon as the 拢1000 deposit was paid it went down hill fast with me being called a liar! What should of been a great experience turned into very miserable and bitter 60 mile journey home.
6 days later and I鈥檓 still waiting for my 拢1000 deposit to be returned, but I really wouldn鈥檛 expect anything less.

I purchased my approved Jaguar from the Jaguar Bolton Dealership as I have had good customer service in the past with my two previous cars.
They went to a great deal of effort to source a suitable vehicle for me and I would highly recommend them to any new customers.

After Sales, Review NOV 2019:
Having Persistent Engine Management Light issue since dec 2018 and The "Just Brilliant" service is now "Just Awful". I have tried to get in touch with Farnell Team especially Raj and Richard but it seems they are not interested any more. I have raised the concern with Jaguar as well. Now the question is are they going to fix this issue permanently or its just going to keep coming back?? All i can say now its been a terrible mistake i have made but i am writing here in a hope to save as many people as i could from getting this nightmare time even after spending sh.t loads of money, as it doesnt come cheap, is it? Dont waste your time and money, look for something else.
The bottom follow up is just pure fake show, dont fall for it. ***STAY AWAY**
