I could not be happier with the service provided by this company. My teenage daughter was travelling alone and the driver went out of his way to call me and tell me she was safely on board and even put her on loud speaker as her phone wasn鈥檛 working. It was above and beyond the service you would expect and we would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to everyone. Definitely 5 star service.

What an excellent service from start to finish!
The online booking process was efficient, and when for some reason my card payment didn鈥檛 go through the booking was still in place and the company emailed me to reassure me of that. They confirmed that I could pay cash to the driver on arrival instead. Perfect! The driver was awaiting us in the Arrivals area with a clear digital sign showing my name. The drive was smooth in a very smart vehicle. For the return I amended the tine slightly during our stay and again email communication was excellent and very efficient. Spotless taxi with very pleasant driver arrived right on time to take us back. Highly recommended all round!

I received confirmation of my reservation, and a follow-up reminder. The driver, Vasco, arrived on time, in fact a little early but I was ready to leave. He was an excellent driver, and very pleasant company on the drive to Faro Airport. He speaks excellent English, we had a lot to chat about, and the journey passed very quickly indeed. I would most certainly recommend him, and your company. Indeed, I have already passed details to my friend who is staying in Burgau, and she will be contacting you soon to arrange another journey to Faro Airport.

The quickest, simplest and most efficient way to transfer from the airport. Confirmation of booking and pick up reminders were very reassuring and what鈥檚 more it was cheaper than expected.

Professional and efficient service: pick up on arrival and return to Faro airport as booked: vehicle was clean and comfortable: driver was welcoming and personable and knew the route to get us to and from destination quickly: well worth the price. Used service several times travelling to Algarve a couple of times a year. So much better than other services used previously and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The service provided by Faro Airport Transfers was excellent. They were waiting for us , (a group of 17), as we entered the public area at the airport. Very polite & friendly driver.
The same driver returned us to the airport, being at our pick-up point 15 mins before the requested time.
A request was also made whilst we were on holiday for a bigger vehicle for the return as there was extra people. All this was dealt with without any hassle.
I can't praise them enough.

Taxi service was excellent. Very easy to find in the airport and our taxi came within 5 mins. We wer kept updated by txts also which was very good. We had booked a return transfer aswel and our driver came on time as planned. We wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again. Very reliable and courteous drivers.

A good experience – very helpful and informative driver who clearly knows our area very well. A name board at the meeting point would have been helpful and it was quite a walk to the vehicle.
It all in all very good.

Service was very professional, only a few minutes late for pick up at hotel but we were kept updated via text messages. My only issue was the minibus had quite poor seating I.e the backrest was kept falling back and overall it was a bit of a bumpy journey. all in all a very good service.
