Hello Mary. I just wanted to say thank you to you, Rich and his brother for being so flexible and quick to reply and respond to our request today for my daughter Emma and Abe's move in cleaning. I was so impressed by how quickly you answered our call and then even more so by the prompt same day responsiveness to our last minute needs. With them moving in today I went over to the rental home this morning to do the pre-move-in walk through of the home with my daughter and when I went to do the walk through with her and saw how dirty it was I just knew it needed to be cleaned immediately before they could move in and use the kitchen and baths and they just didn't have the means, supplies or the time with moving in today to do it by themselves with limited time. I wish I was there to see your finished work. Thank you so much!

I have a rental unit that i don't think was scrubbed the entire time my previous tenant had been there. I submitted a request overnight and Mary contacted me first thing in the morning and was then able to meet me at 9am to look at the place for a quote.

A crew of four was there the next morning and they all worked exceptionally hard the entire time. Everything is sparkling and the walls i thought would have to be totally repainted just need a touch up.

Management was there several times to make sure i was happy and walked me through a few times asking if i thought anything else needed to be done.
