This company has appalling customer service. Returned a pair of sandals but never received a refund. The phone line was never answered and there was no scope to leave a message as their answer-phone was always full. I also wrote to them and received no response. I contacted Neu Aura as the sandals bought were of this brand. They kindly contacted Fashion Conscience on my behalf requesting that they contact me personally but this was once again fruitless. They are conning people out of their hard earned cash and choose to ignore the issue. They have no 鈥渃onscience鈥?whatsoever and worse still, create an environment whereby people are potentially discouraged from purchasing ethical goods in the future.

Bought a handbag. Received it but it wasn鈥檛 suitable so I returned it in accordance with their returns policy. Like so many stories I have subsequently read, no refund and no response to repeated emails. Definitely scammers. I have raised a dispute with PayPal.

If i could give half a star i would. I bought shoes which were to small so I returned them in good faith. They were tracked and signed for but I'd had no replies to my emails and no answer to phone calls. Luckily I had paid through PayPal who got back the money for me. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them and would advise anyone to pay via PayPal or not use this company. No customer service what do ever. Beware

Bought a pair of organic shoes supposedly by the really good ethical brand Ethletic and was given an ordinary looking pair without a brand which looked like a pair from Asda or Sainsburys, so not likely to be organic and fairtrade? After repeated e-mails to which they only replied once when I sent through Resolver and they wanted a picture, I have still had no refund or my goods, other people say if they send them back they receive no refund so seems unfair and unwise to do so?

I bought a pair of boots from there online store which arrived looking good cheap and poorly manufactured. When I returned them I received no refund nor communication. I've tried to call/email them several times and had no reply and still no refund. After Google gave the company I've found countless more stories like mine with this company and it has become clear that it is not just poor service it is actually robbery. I encourage you to look on Google at all the reviews before you buy.

Wish I'd seen reviews first before ordering. Ordered wedge wellies and not received. Tried emailing and Facebook messaging but no response. There's no phone no to ring. 🙁

If I could give zero stars that would be a better option.
I paid for express postage and the items arrived two months late.
When the did, they were the wrong size.
Tried to return them and I've heard nothing.
Gutted because it was a gift for my sister and I had tried to support her ethical way of life only to be treated like I'm a fool.
Will contact trading standards in the next week if I hear nothing.

Scammers, returned a pair of boots by tracked mail so I know they have received them but never got any money back and they ignored my numerous emails. It's a real shame they look like they are trying to do something good but they just rip people off 🙁

If only I'd read bad reviews earlier!
ARGH. What a nightmare. Sandals never arrived. They didn't respond to a 'has my package gone missing?' e-mail two weeks later. They didn't respond to follow-up e-mails two months later, to tweets, and they don't pick up the phone on the 20+ occasions I rung both numbers and let it ring.
I'm now raising a chargeback with my bank–available to you in the UK if you used either debit or credit card. Just call your bank, give transaction details, explain, and they can start the process.
I don't understand how businesses like this can stay open if they don't fulfill orders.

I returned 2 items to them over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't been refunded let alone emailed about it. I've emailed them 3 times to the different email addresses on their website and messaged them on instagram but still no reply and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Company failed to completely fulfill my order and ignored all emails asking for the status of the missing item. They only responded when I had to get Paypal involved. As there was no facility to tell Paypal that only one item out of a total order of three was unfulfilled, FC claimed they needed to liaise with Paypal to get the correct amount refunded to me. I stress, Fashion Conscience have admitted they owe me money. Paypal accidentally closed the dispute and FC now claim to think it's resolved whilst they will know full well they have not refunded me the money they owe me. And just to clarify, this is only the second time they have bothered to reply to me – to tell me they think a dispute is resolved when they know it is not and that they still owe me money. Beyond unethical and really stressful. Not giving up and I will get my money back. Such a weird way to treat customers and the whole experience has been extremely unpleasant.
