Fashionah

This is a zero star rating. I ordered two dresses from Fashionah in September 2018. I received them the first week of October. The dresses were poor quality and the sizing was not accurate. I received return order instructions from Fashionah customer service. I returned the dresses on October 10, 2018 and provided the tracking information to Fashionah customer service as requested. The items were shipped from China which is hidden from the customer until the items have been shipped to you. So the return shipping is ridiculously high (about $25). The dresses were about $80 with free shipping and return shipping. I have not received a refund. I have attempted to contact Fashionah through the emails and their website and my emails are returned as undeliverable. Fashionah is a SCAM. Don鈥檛 waste your time or money!

I second all the bad and worse comments on this site. I have been robbed by them, as I returned something (a piece of material that looked nothing like what I payed for), and NEVER received the money back, nor a response. They are a scam…….. YUK!

Please don't buy from this company. Although I got my dress 6 weeks after ordering it was incomplete and nothing like the picture with no means of returning. I never write reviews but I don't want anyone else to waste their money!

Fashionah has very bad quality products and the customer service never reply back to you if you need to return their items. One of the dresses that I bought at Fashionah was incomplete and nothing compare what is is shown in the picture and when trying to return it back, the shipping to China costs $50USD. That is $15USD more than the cost of the dress without any warranty that you will get your money back. I have been waiting for 1 month for them to answer me back and I think (off course) I lost my money:( very unbelievable awful service. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Even if you are tempted because of the pictures and the reviews in their website who knows if they are real.

Terrible. Items I purchased 7 weeks ago still have not arrived. I contacted them several times with no definite response.

I love everything I purchased in this shop! Great prices and one of the only shops that offer full refunds instead of store credit. Highly recommended!

Fashionah is terrible, purchased Laurel dress, for $39.95, converted to over $55.00 via US transaction, dress arrived, absolutely disappointing, quality, styling, size, paid $20 to post back to China, have heard nothing back, and Australian Post record shows item as being delivered, so, so disappointing

Received an item that barely resembled the product, horrible quality, would not fit anyone. It was missing string to tie the dress around the neck. Horrible customer service. I should not be responsible to pay to ship the item back to China.

Terrible product looked nothing like the picture. But service was good and I got a refund. Having said that had to pay lots of $$ to mail back to China. Don鈥檛 go there!
