I have been contacting Fashion Nova for 2 years due to ordering from ther website clothes of $200, and not receiving the package. I have contacted customer support, however they told me to wait. After contacting them several times, and waiting for 2 YEARS they told me that I missed the deadline for reporting missing packages (90 days), however, I did not! I emailed them right after 30 days of waiting, even though I had to email them earlier! I want my $200 back. I will report this to the police! SCAMMERS

How can you people be so insensitive? I order items with $328 since the 3rd of December, I used my husband's address in the United States so he could bring them to me when he's coming to Nigeria on the 30th of this morning. Today is 28 of Dec, and I didn't get any information on the tracking. He leaves the states tomorrow which means I won't be able to get my order till maybe April because I have no idea when he'll come visit next. I am not happy, this was supposed to be my birthday shoot outfit.

The only way this company will value you is if you have 100k followers or more, if you're a normal consumer you have no value, no voice, no number, have been waiting weeks on customer service sent multiple emails with no response. Ill never suggest this company to anyone, if anything, beware… you dont get a refund if sizes dont fit, and you dont even get a refund for the store credit, none of my clothes fit in the $135 order, fashion nova could give 2 f's

Fashion Nova are scammers. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Their live chat is only with a robot, their phone number is somehow always unavailable and they sometimes don't even respond to emails. You cannot talk to a real person of their customer service. They charged me $37 extra and they don't want to refund me. Plus the quality is $#*!ty. I'm telling you, avoid at all costs.

So I ordered from the BOGO my total was 37.00 with the BOGO sale and when I put in all my payment information it charged me 87.00 I emailed them right away and they said they can't do nothing about it if I'm not satisfied I can return and get an e-gift card so either way I still loose. Not satisfied. I've had better experience shein so far has been the best I won't be ordering from here again

I kept getting repeated email after email about Cyber Monday "90% off of EVERYTHING" " no promo code needed" and so on so I ordered my usual classic jeans. Quickly disappointed to see they were the EXACT same price the last 2 times I ordered them go figure. Anyway I paid extra for 2 day shipping only to receive a follow up generated email they also sent my sister who paid for 2 days shipping the same day I did! They knew they couldn't ship it in two days but still charged me the extra cost? What business does that to their customers, and this isn't the first time. I'm so fed up with businesses taking advantage of people. Fashion nova should be looked at for this as they frequently lie on the website and even in the customer care emails after I reached out to them. Yes their just jeans but I will never support or buy a single thing from fashion nova again. Stop lying about discounts on your site that will never exist. Classless

Fashion Nova has a no refund or replacement policy on their shipments when they chose the carrier (LaserShip) to ship it. They said they will help resolve the issue but that has not happened, they won't even respond to the email (only way to contact customer service). Why do they continue to use a carrier that has such bad reviews. It seems that they don't care about there customers satisfaction, only the money. No one has money to lose at a time like now. Beware of the fine print. Most often times, we forget to read it.

I checked my balance on the 7th of October and saw that on the 6th Fashionnova.com had a charge of $281.86 against my account. I have never done business with these people nor did I know about this company. I tried to reach them online and apparently their website was made for frustrating people as it takes a long time to load. I tried calling them on the 800 number and no one ever answers. I have been trying to reach Lifelock regarding this and they are unreachable. Lifelock did not report this transaction to me, yet they will flag my house payment every month! I have paid for their services for more than a year and I am finding it is useless and worthless. The bank is investigating this issue as I have loss coverage through them. This FashionNova.com is located in Panorama City, California and I intend to report this to the local law enforcement to see if they can get my money back.

They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. This happened to me multiple times. Lame and I will not shop here anymore. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies. There a more plenty of other options on Instagram I can give links if you need.

First off I never even received my package. Secondly it's been two weeks since my first time reaching out to customer service here we are four claims later and still no response. Ive even filed a claim with the Carrier and still no response. I already didn't want to pay for the overpriced item but to not receive it or a response as to why, is so trash. I will never shop with this company!

I ordered since 14th August the said the package was lost by shipping and have refused to Refund me i have contacted the better business bureau and united states business fraud complaint and i will brief my attorney too is my money and i want it back simple hopefully this agencies and my attorney can help put an end to this numerous scamming let me know if you will like to join me in filling a case

I ordered from this company on 14 August 2020 i waited until sept to contact them to know the way about of my item and after thousands of emails the finally answered to tell me the are not responsible for shipping to have patience Until after series of emails from me again someone else answered to tell me the have initiated refund this was on October 20 something but there was no refund yet i was able to get a customer service agent online who told me wait 7-10days for refund and i haven't received any refund until this moment just series of excuses and lies. I will not give up on my money never

This company is so good at promoting themselves that I think they have a hard time keeping up with all of the sales. Their quality of clothes has gotten worse over the years. Most of the clothes now are Wish.com material. Ordered multiple times and things are always damaged or just falling apart or not the right size as I ordered. The customer service is absolutely the worst. Don't expect to hear back from there in weeks or just at all. They'll deny you refunds and say it's been past the return date yet they are the ones who didn't respond when i emailed them the day i received and noticed damaged items. Don't let the celebrities or their instagram feed fool you. One of the worst fast fashion companies out there. You have a better chance in finding quality clothes at a thrift store or by supporting a local business who puts time and effort into sewing and creating their clothes.

I recently placed an order on 9/20/20 costing around $175 plus additional money for express shipping. Which claims to take 2-3 days to arrive. I could not wait due to the fact I am moving in 2 days. So I sent them an email to cancel my order. My order as of right now 9/24/2020 3:32pm EST is unfulfilled which means it hasn't left there facilities or been handed off to a carrier. They refusing to give me back my money they do not have a cancellation policy on their website. Just a bunch of scammers! I see why legal action was taken against them for misleading customers.

I placed an order 3 days ago. I've moved since my last order (attempt) so I was intentional to make my shipping/billing address were the same. Also, I paid for 2-3 day shipping which is what made me look and notice the address thing. Not only has it not been shipped, it has not been fulfilled. I've attempted to call twice, I held for i don't know how long before hanging up. I emailed them and was told I could only change the apt number which does NO good. I cannot cancel the order. I've now been on hold for 45 FREAKING mins.

I was a first time customer with fashion nova and will never be a customer at this point. My order was placed mid August I never received it almost a month later. I never got updates on the status of my package, customer support did not respond to my 3 online request for help initially, I had to call customer support 4 times to get help from an agent. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and UNSATISFACTORY. My first order from this company was stolen, none of my items received, horrible customer service, and no one cares on the team! I'm disgusted honestly.

For months I been getting stupid automated messages whenever I try to reach out to them. None of them knows what's going on. I paid for items I never received. Do not order from here! They marked my package as delivered yesterday August 5th, but no one came and also I didn't receive text updates at all. I'm pretty sure they did that to reach there allow delivery time. It's been 19 days since I placed my order (mind you I order July 21 2020 and even with delays that's way to long to have not gotten my order. I want my almost 200$ in items and then I will never order from them again. They have no customer service line and on top of that no one gets back to you via email. For them to claim to be a successful business they don't act like it and reading some of the comments I see we're having some of the same issues. If it is a lawsuit please let me in on it too.

Their sizing is always off even when you use the sizing chart, and you can't even return it (if it's on sale or other conditions). The quality also just feels cheap. Refer to the pictures. So you're paying for a product that might or might not even fit or look good on you. You can even measure yourself (with measuring tape) to the T and try to match it with their chart and their clothes will still be ill-fitted. Don't order unless you're willing to gamble.
This dress is not what's advertised; the material and especially the colour are way different from the photo. The colour is not the same. Difference in quality too. Frankly it doesn't even look like the picture and it doesn't change once you put it on. And this nude blouse is way shorter and cropped in real life.
