Ordered what I thought would be a lovely puzzle to do on my travels around Australia. Received a ridiculous Star Wars cartoon people one instead of the rose window I wanted. Grrrrr.
Trying to contact them is proving to be a nightmare!

I Brought a gas chainsaw from this company. 2 months later I received this instead.
DON'T Trust THIS COMPANY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

It took about 6 weeks to receive the 2 wooden puzzles I ordered though I got the owl puzzle instead of the lion one I ordered. Looking at my paypal receipt it shows I paid $90 Canadian EACH for these! It was supposed to be $90 in total, for 2, because of being 50% off. I can't believe I would have clicked send on this huge amount. Maybe I did? I now see that there are many unsatisfied customers who have not had a good experience. I will not buy anything online from a pop-up ad again. That extra $90 that was taken. I will call that the "tuition fee" for a lesson learned. I will source out an items from legitimate businesses from now on, with email addresses and phone numbers that work.

THEY ARE A 0. I ordered 2 yard golf games in June and it took numerous messages, getting Pay Pal involved and 3 months of frustration before I finally got a message agreeing to refund my money. The product I ordered is no longer onthe internet. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
HOPE I ACTUALLY DO GET A REFUND.

Wish I could give them a 0. Fell for the great advertisements (stolen) for some beautiful wooden puzzles. Paid for rush shipping as a surprise gift. After 3 days an no updates started emailing the available addresses and no responses. Filled a dispute with Paypal but not holding my breath so I'll be going through my bank. Avoid at all costs.

What I received was a chainsaw blade with a handle on each end for me to cut manually. They offered me $8.00 credit because I didn't want to go through paying to send it back. I wish I would have seen this page with reviews. DO NOT order anything from them. They are scammers and are making money by sending you something you didn't order. STAY AWAY!

These people are straight up scammers… don't waste your money. Ive seem a lot of complaints about them and in my case they sent something i didn't order and initially offered a few dollar refund through PayPal resolution. I refused the offer now i have to pay to ship the items back to CHINA (which when i ordered the items i was told they were in the us) in order to get a refund

I ordered a puzzle for a gift and never received the item. I disputed the charges with my bank and am waiting for them to investigate, Do not buy anything from this company

Saw ad for Magic Fishing Net – months later got a joke. All lead around net made from stirophome and netting look like fairy floss.
Unit fit in a std envelope. No weight to it

Total Scam. The price was too good to be true that I fall for it. When the similar item cost almost 10 time their price.

i ordered 2 items from them and have waited 6 weeks, nothing. I try to contact the, no luck. I am now trying to work with my bank to get my money back,

this company will take your money, not send you the product and then generate false documentation to show that it was shipped. stay away, cancel your order ASAP if too late and you already clicked purchase.

I ordered from them ,waited 3months after they took money ,I cancelled and asked for money back no reply,I then got PayPal involved ,they then sent item ,I have sent 3 emails and they Carnt find me on the system,I asked for an address to send item back as I didn't get an invoice ,don't order from them it's a scam,wouldn't give it a one star but i Carnt leave a review till I do

ordered product, over charged me…pretended to care but didn't. I cancelled order within 24hrs but the claimed to have shipped it even though confirmation was after my cancellation. They are now ignoring all emails. DO NOT FALL for what i did.

We bought something from this people and no just took 2 months to get here, they sent an open item and incomplete.. trash, don't waste your money

This is another Chinese company scamming Canadians. They took my money and ran. Unable to contact them and PayPal was of no help. Stop buying Chinese anything is my advise to all.

Everything was smooth in the first few months,but one day they told me some merchants got GBPP penalty and the transactions were suspended,as well as my money.They told me they will settle to me after all my orders fulfill 180 days,then hear nothing from them anymore.I thought they were scammers.

They reached out to me last week saying my money can be released now,after submitting again my bank details and some ID information,finally I receive my money after 8 months!

Honestly,their gateway works perfectly,but their settlement and the after service are terrible.

They have stolen my money and now they are moving their shady business to a new website. They ask US$5000 for setting up a processing account without providing any services at all. They are dishonest clowns from China using fake female names all along. Don't trust them at all! They will rip you off!!

Beware and avoid. Initially they pay slowly slowly and with delays. After you accumulate some good cash, they start making excuses (i.e. bank account is blocked, wait few days, etc) until you give up as they expect you to. They still owe me 4000 USD since January this year and i remind them every week. So far same excuses. In the same time, they send emails to attract new customers. AVOID!

Kings365 and Fashionpay are same people, somehow they get your email and start spamming you, They stole good money from us and kept promising it will be paid eventually. Then they start making excuses and eventually stopped responding at all. Their Hebe and Kelly are most common name they use on skype for support. Be careful with these people.

They stole 40k from me and do not respond to me anymore. It鈥檚 1 year that they have the money and always made excuses.
They are a fraud that will never pay you so do not sign up with them. Stay away. I have contacted the police and the embassader for China. They have know to use king365pay also and they are crooks.

Je me suis donc procur茅 une entreprise de passerelle de paiement fiable plusieurs fois. Donc, je coop猫re avec eux. J'ai eu mon argent 脿 temps. La passerelle de paiement est stable.Bien que beaucoup de gens aient refus茅 les paiements 脿 la mode, je crois aux paiements 脿 la mode.

this must be the ABSOLUTE WORST company in the world. Everything is fine and dandy the first few months then the just take you for a ride cause they are holding so much of your money. Then they start with the excuses that their bank is restricted and they cannot send money or that they are on some kind of fake made up holiday or some kind of bull$#*! excuse. If you sign up with these fools you will 100% lose your money gusaranteed. Take it from me, I have been fighting for over 4 months and nothing, but now I have just got a lawyer and I will expose them.

My previous merchant account was shutdown,so I had to find a new payment gateway that can accept my IPTV subscription business.After a few weeks enquiry,Fashionpay is the only one that can accept by business,so I had to compromise to their expensive fees and terms,but I can say now the profit has already recover the fees.

They have longer payout cycle than my previous payment processor,30 days,but 4 settlement per month is quite reasonable.The payment approval is not bad,most of my customers are from Europe,the approval rate is about 70%,sometimes can be extremely high.
