Items was never shipped! It鈥檚 been more than 3 months and haven鈥檛 received my refund. They just sent automatic messages. It鈥檚 a fraud! Do not order from this site!

I ordered via Facebook, looked like a genuine Ted Baker site, I ordered a bag way back in November, numerous responses ! I have just sent my 25th email, latest response it鈥檚 the Chinese spring festival, what was aggravating was the price was in 拢s but when I checked my CC an overseas charge had been levied

My review is the same as every other on here but I got my money back. After a series of polite emails from me and childish 1 line replies from them I sent them a really stern email describing how i want my money back immediately otherwise i would report them to my credit card company and the relevant trading standards authorities, it took 8 days for my entire refund to come thru.

Likewise my order has not arrived I suspected this might be a scam after not receiving the item and constantly being told they will check with the factory. Trying to get refund via MasterCard guarantee

I have been waiting my order 6 weeks. They have not sent order confirmation and any information about delivery time. Respond to my email was "don't worry you will get items soon"
They took from my account more money than the order value.
It seems that this site is fake!!!!

Like the other people who've written reviews on this site, this website is a scam. I ordered a purse 6 weeks ago, I got no order confirmation. I've emailed them over 30+ messages, in which they keep emailing the same questions. It's funny as they only reply at 7am in the morning, even if I email them directly after receiving an email from them. Again the responses look like they have been typed by a 3 year old, and tell me a refund will take a month???? Really???
Please don't be fooled by the website, it's fake and you won't get your item. As others have said, they took 拢15.00 more from my account…so we have been scammed!!

They are not even worthy of 1 star for being scammers!!! I am currently trying to get a refund from them as they also have been replying with Dodgey emails no signatures and no email confirmation when ordering. Absolutely livid to believe they were real when I ordered. They to took out more than what my order amount was. Trying to figure out if there's anyway I can get their website shut down but I doubt it'll happen easily. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!

This company advertised on Facebook and when you open up the website it gives you the impression that it is a legitimate site under the TED BAKER organisation. This is not the case. I ordered a TED BAKER trolley case for my granddaughter at a cost of 拢39.99 + postage of 拢10.
Since then they have failed to give me a delivery date or confirmation of order. A check with my bank shows they have actually taken 拢63.79 from my debit card. I have made repeated requests for an update, finally asking for a full refund. They state that could takeover a month to process.
I also noted that the email replies actually came from a company named
IMSHOPE.COM. This is another scamming company with numerous negative comments shown on Facebook from dissatisfied customers who have not received goods from them. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
