I have a bad experience the first time I order from this place but I am a bussines owner my self and some times you depends on your employees to do a good job so I give them a second chance and yes unfortunately same thing, I placed my order Sunday night and they shipped Tuesday morning. I call costumer service and the person who answered was super rude, he don't care, he told he cant do anything about it. I hope no one order from this place with out check the reviews first. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Unfortunately they did not hold the helium and deflated within minutes. We inflated 10 of the 50 before we stopped trying. We won't order from them again. Additionally, the printed picture was not good at all. Try another company is my advice.

I ordered 6 foil balloons for graduation. 4 out of the 6 went soft within an hour. So disappointed. Next time I will spend more money with slower shipping to get a better quality product. I guess you get what you pay for.

I used them two years ago and had a wonderful experience both with product and customer service. This year I called and wanted 800 balloons and was told I could not order that amount and had to order 500 and 300. Then there was a higher per unit cost for the 300! They were the EXACT SAME BALLOON! They tried to put pressure on me to sign off quickly without giving me a change to look things over. Their pricing was completely random and even though the website said free shipping on all orders over $75, I was not given free shipping. Finding someone else for my balloon order!

I order all the supplies for the events we have at our retail stores. I try to order a month or so before the events start so i can be sure we have everything we need well in advance. I ordered 1000 balloons, as i have in the past, from Fastballoons at the end of February for our first event that happens the first week of May. When the store tried to fill the balloons wtih helium, 1/3 of them popped and then continued to pop all weekend long. I had some of the balloons from a previous order so i compared quality/thickness. The ones from this year were considerably thinner so i called Fastballoons and told them of the issue. They told me that there was nothing i could do and did i want to order more balloons….seriously??? I explained that I was a loyal customer for last few years and was told there was nothing they could do about it unless i wanted to order more and if i did, they would ensure the "thicker" balloons would be supplied.
Why would i want to order from a company that doesn't stand behind their products??? Guess I am off to find a new balloon supplier. In today's day and age with so much competition, get a clue Fastballoons and some customer service.

Placed order 3/6/19 which was to be shipped 3/8/19. 3/8 received an email saying pen I ordered not available choose one of two other pens. I chose a pen and emailed my selection. Received email 3/11 order shipped. 3/12 received another email saying pen not available, sent long email expressing my concerns then called. No indication that order was not being filled. Called 3/20 to say never received pens despite receiving another message that they had shipped and after waiting a very long time and being asked for a tracking number I never got I was told they could not fill my order, that they were out of the pen business (still selling pens on their site) and that my money would be refunded. Here's hoping they actually process the refund before I have to additional steps. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

The people who wrote good reviews are friends and workers. I recognize one of the names. He is a jerk. I placed my order in June paying an extra $60.00 for overnight delivery. They did not send my order but they took $138.10 out of my account. Customer service does not know how to answer questions on where is my order. They had to have someone in the background answering for them. They are so rude. This is August and still no refund. Anyone with the same problem let me know. I'm planning a class action lawsuit for stealing from their customers.

Ordered on 3/29/18, was told will ship on 3/30/18, went on website 4/4/18 to check progress, website said shipped on 4/2/18, called, asked for tracking number, was told I'd receive it on 4/6/18, insisted on a tracking number, tracked it, it will arrive 4/9/18. That's 3 days to late. We needed them 4/7/18. I'll never use them again. If I could give them 0 stars i would.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They charged me incorrectly due to an error and their customer service was terrible. I paid for expedited shipping and the product was late. I will never use this company again. I got the same order from hullaballooprinting in half the time and no hassle!

When I called to explain my issue with my balloon order the employee accused me me of lying. We went over my order several times on the phone. I had explained to him I needed pearlized balloons at least 4 or five times and he even repeated it back to me, but when I called him he said I never said pearlized. My word against his He was rude and abrupt

I ordered custom balloons from them online on a Saturday evening not really knowing that they needed 1 business day for production. When I called them on Monday to see if they recived my order and to see if I could get them by that Friday, at first they said they couldnt get it to me by Friday, so I told them I had to cancel. Shortly after, I received an email letting me know that the 50 balloons I ordered would be here by Friday. I did receive the balloons on Friday and they looked GREAT. On top of that, I received 10 extra balloons. I would hope if I used them again that the service and product would be just as great as my first experience.

I purchased balloons at the end of 2016 for a baby shower, and the color of the balloons was not drastically different than what I ordered. While Lisa's customer service was okay, management failed to issue me a refund even after I returned the product. I followed up on several occasions by phone and email. Disgusting.

I requested to place an order on January 17, 2017 for an order in February. The woman who took my order showed me a proof of the napkins I was ordering. I needed the date added to the napkin. I emailed that request with the proof and she never responded. I left a voicemail with the request and she never responded. When I called the main number the person told me that since I started the order with a representative I should complete the order with that representative. I spent a week trying to chase someone down to process my order and then was told I needed to spend an extra $100 because now they had to rush the order!!!!! I forwarded all the emails to show them how nobody was responding to my simple question. Now we are without the napkins for the event! AWFUL!! Nobody had the courtesy to even apologize. I am incredibly disappointed.

Our company ordered 2500 pcs of printed balloons and sticks from them. The price is competitive and they are committed to the agreed delivery date. Personnel are helpful too.

I couldn't be more thrilled with BalloonsFast.com … I ordered my balloons on Thursday and they arrived in the mail on Saturday …. no extra cost either!! I would highly recommend this site!!

I purchased napkins and pens. My order was suppose to be delivered after telling me it was sent a week ago it's still in shipping. They tell one lie after another. It's really sad how they treat the customers. Don't Bother with them.

I did order the letter foil northstar balloons..that they show on the website..when I got the product I was shock they mix 3 brand send to me
-northstar only 10%
-the one made in Maxico 40%
-the one look like from China quality 50%

How I can use that each one not the same shape!!!!

This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered balloons from them and when they didn't arrive though I had an e-mailfrom them saying they had been shipped. When I called, they looked it up and said it hadn't been shipped and then they called me back and said it was shipped. When I received the balloons I could have cried. The logo imprint didn't cover the front of the balloon which would have made it visible. I e-mailed them and at first they didn't respond, but after a second e-mail, they made all kinds of excuses about the logo and how they don't adjust it, etc. What a scam! Please don't get involved with them!

I called on Aug 7 inquiring about receiving an order for personalized bev napkins on 8/19. I told them I wanted assurance I would receive the order by this date (today BTW) before I placed my online order. I received this assurance. Website says:Guaranteed 1-Day Production time – "It's that simple". B.S.!! They said personalized napkins are never one day(??) — then why is it listed as a qualifying item on their Guarantee page? How the hell is a customer supposed to know how they classify their different products – wedding napkins, message napkins, personalized napkins – WTF? I ordered 200 napkins with a simple message – "Happy Birthday Joe on your 60th Birthday!". I called yesterday for a tracking number to confirm the package was on its way. I come to find out that expected delivery is 8/22 (Saturday)!!!!. WHAT??? Party is tonite. OMG- why did they tell me it would be received in time? When I called yesterday they said for an additional $5 they could have been 1-day production time —– excuse me? On top of that, they give a FedEx track number and further learn they use (Not-so) Smart-post that passes the package to the Postal Service. $13.38 and they can't get it sent by FedX ground for a typical 4-day service from Calif to Chicago? A lot of confusion, non-typical and difficulty following what should have been a simple order! I cannot speak for the quality of the product since I haven't seen it — since it will arrive 3 days after my event. The only thing I can further say about this experience is that I will have $50 worth of a product that I really have no need for after this evening, and they will be arriving 3 days later than the arrangement I made on the phone with a customer service order rep prior to placing an online order. I knew the timeline would be close, but don't blow me sunshine and allow me to think that I'm getting what I need and lead me into a disappointment. Asshats!! Also, if they are called fast balloons — then why do they answer the phone "Windy City Balloons"? These folks are just plain disorganized and confused. DOH! Reviews I read led me to believe people seemed to be satisfied with the product…….. so I guess just order 4-6 weeks in advance to be assured of having product in-hand for your event — and pay close attention to the "categories" of items.

I must say i have good things to say about the overall service and the print quality on my order of balloons and napkins. The tracking numbers were not available but hurray when i answered the door and there was the box i was waiting for all along…..dropped off by fedex just in time for me to have the beauties blown up and ready for the mixer

I feel sorry for those who did not have a good experience however to the contrary, the experience from customer service to the final receipt was just as good as the imprint and although i would prefer cheaper shipping rates but the price on balloons and the prints were immaculate, loved the job done, so well done!

I;ve generally had good experiences shopping online if you understand the terms of sales or what the website is telling you, my napkins order came on time and was excellent quality, everyone i know keeps asking where i got these from and i refer to them to your company

I feel bad for those who didnt get their tracking numbers , i sure did get it.

I had a different experience from the others though, placed my order by 11am local CA time had the order ship out the next day and got it to me the same week with the shipping i chose.They were nice enough to send extra balloons and imprint were impeccably correct and fine…well done guys, love to re order next year for my son

This company is awful! I called the next day to find out about shipping (supposed to be 24hr turn-around), and was told they let all of their production staff leave at noon for the day. My order was not complete! I was told we would have it today, but when I call my contact, I keep getting sent to voicemail. Now there is not enough time to have the items I need made somewhere else. This was a horrible mistake!!!!
