Super easy to work with and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Material ordered was exactly as pictured. Delivery occurred earlier than estimated delivery time provided at time of order. Fire pit was easy to install and fire is perfect.

Crazy I received my order 2 days later even with having the fire pit pan I ordered cut to a special size.

I started with another distributor who ultimately directed me to the size that was best to me (that wasn't even mentioned as being available). Their subsequent response time was slow and I was able to quickly find the same size and order it with minimal effort and before the other distributor even responded.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, the price was right, and the checkout process was straightforward and intuitive.

I purchased a gas pipe for a fireplace starter. When I received the pipe the diameter was too small. I called and spoke with two people. The lady I spoke with said she was process my refund and send an email . I have not received anything. The pipe is of no use to me and I need to return it.
