The product is very good and their support is very helpful. I would recommend to improve the documentation to lessen the support work, but we got where we wanted to get. I can recommend.

Very happy with the M1 to M2 Migration addon,

Yurii & Shyam both provided excellent support all of the way, we had a multi store M1 installation with many custom plugins.

We ran into a couple of issues whilst migrating and they were fixed very quickly – They also provide useful commands and solutions to problems not covered in the migration.

The plugin can run from SSH commands which is super useful and if you have any custom fields in your tables then you are able to edit the di.xml file and add them into the migration process.

Their configurable products extension is an excellent piece of software enabling us to do so much more with our site than ever before, and their help and support staff have been nothing but wonderful about helping us with some hyper-specific use-case issues we were running up against. Fantastic group to deal with.

Amazing product, amazing support, great people to work with who made my life easier, giving me more time to concentrate on other aspects of the business while allowing me to have multiple vendors on the site automating the whole import process. After starting problems to go in touch with the support, it worked better and better. Most of the time we got the reply to our question very quick or on the next day. Afterall good support.

Great support. I has many question and issues with my store (magento 2). Support answer really fast. My issue now not exists. Little customize and problem missing 🙂

I bought this extension for 2 installations 3 months ago for mostly configurable products. We had the free installation service and we can almost go online now. Support is a little slow.

We're in the process of moving from our old ERP to Microsoft's Business Central product. We use Magento for a B2B style site, not selling anything through it but letting our reps and distributors acces products, inventory, orders, etc. through Magento. Everything had been done by custom scripts without old ERP but we needed something different with Business Central. Everything out there seemed ridiculously expensive for what amounts to middleware that moves data from one api to another.

We found Firebearstudio while looking for a cheap and reliable way to import/export things. Their Improved Import Export product looked like exactly what we wanted. We spoke to their sales people and found out they were already working on Dynamics AX and could retool things for BC for a price that was much cheaper than the alternatives, without a perpetual monthly fee either.

We purchased and installed their Improved Import Export and were able to use it to replace the functionality we already had with custom scripts, for our old ERP, pretty quickly. So, we are looking forward to working with them with Business Central.

But, their support has been…strange. We post support requests for information and we'll get a reply days or weeks later. We're still getting replies to questions we posted months ago, before purchasing their product. We're hoping this is an anomaly because we need support we can rely on.

If you are looking for a great Import/Export tool, theirs is excellent and absolutely worth the money. If you are looking for great support, well, I'm not so sure they can provide it in a timely manner.

Great customer service

Being our top affiliate, Firebear Studio has been collaborating with Aheadworks for many years, bringing clients and promoting our extensions for Magento 1 and 2. Aheadworks has used Firebear Improved Import&Export successfully across their M2 projects. This great import tool was approved by many clients and businesses of all levels including large M2 Commerce and B2B stores.

1.6 Million Product Import in less than 48 Hours. Firebear studio have made the development of our Magento 2 store an absolute dream!

Their support team know just about everything Magento and Product Import that there is to know, fantastic product and fantastic support to compliment.

The Import module is a much better solution than the M2 core import tool.

There are two issues we have with the module. For the price, we would have expected support to be much faster with their responses. Our ticket response rate is 3-5 days.

Second, we have server specs similar/better to what is outlined on their sales page. They say imports of 2k-3k per minute are expected, but we are seeing something closer to 550 per minute. This is only 25% of the expected performance. The expected performance of imports was one of the reasons we purchased the module, so we're not thrilled.

As an agency, we have thoroughly enjoyed leveraging this powerful solution on multiple projects. Not only has our team enjoyed the feature set offered in this solution, but our clients have appreciated the workflow and features as well.

Good extension developer for Magento 2 extensions. Great support if there are issues and reliable code quality.

In general, the extension works as advertised. Tons of features you wish you had years ago and even more import profiles that you weren鈥檛 expecting that really come in handy. I鈥檝e been developing on Magento for 10 years and I can confidently say these guys know what they鈥檙e doing. Clean, reliable code.

That鈥檚 all fine and great but what really got me to write this review was they dev support, I had some features that I really needed to support the datafeed I was working with and I asked if certain features were 鈥榩ossible.鈥?I was expecting a workaround or a simple 鈥渘ah鈥?but I was SUPER impressed by the response I got instead. Thomas, one of their devs immediately jumped in and wrote a whole new plugin for my feed to work correctly. Even followed up a few days later to see how things were going. 鈥?Mind. Blown. Vinay and Nikita have both been great on the customer service side as well. As if the extension doesn鈥檛 do enough to begin with, the cost was worth the support provided to follow. These guys will get as much business as I have to give them going forward.

We used FireBear Improved Import/Export for 9+ months now and I want to say that it is fantastic!

We use it on Magento Commerce 2.3.2 instance with 1,000,000 (1 million) products. Initially, we had a request to update the product information for 400k products (including images) and Magento 2 default import tool was just not working for this. We considered the FireBear solution and it solved our problem perfectly.

From that moment we are using FireBear Improved Import/Export and had newer had any issues with it.

FireBear support as well as the Business Development team is really responsive and helps a lot should any questions appear.

Service is always excellent, and the product is the best out there. Improved Import and Export is the best tool for product management for Magento 2 out there.
