The product (7.5m Fire Escape Ladder) was as described and looks to be adequate for the job. It was neatly packed and ready for easy deployment. Delivery was very fast. I am happy with the product and the service provided.

Easy ordering online and very quick delivery

Arrived as promised the next day but wasted time having to go out to get cavity wall screws. Bracket came with it so why not any screws! Online info about putting together extinguishers but no paperwork info. Just a general small info sheet would be fine for C02 and water one for those workmen who don鈥檛 do online. Maybe ask at point of sale if written info required.
