Our company recently had a need for foreign currency and I had been contacted by Firma. Honestly, I had my doubts and was nervous as it was new to us. However, Rahul kept in touch with me, brought his manager to the office for a meeting and was always there to answer my questions as I learned the process. Firma and Tom have been pretty incredible to work with over the past year.

We've been using them for sending payments as well as currency exchange. The rates they provide are far better than what our bank was able to give us.

Furthermore, Tom is extremely responsive and always able to provide some insight into the market when making decisions around foreign exchange.
