The service includes an affordable and complete virtual law office setup that is bundled together under one package (saves plenty of $). We had a small issue with the service in our first month and we almost left the service, however they were eager to correct it right away and went above and beyond by adding a custom element to the phone answering just for us. The online platform is real good, we log in anytime book mediation space when and where we need it instantly. The staff is all very sweet and you get the feeling you are at a luxury brand. I highly endorse this service and company.
