The CEO has huge ego issues. It seems clear from the first meeting. The salespeople are no help as they are just concerned with meeting the sales quota. I was baffled as a client about how little they cared to hear my opinion.

Communication among the departments is lacking. There are many instances when miscommunication caused inconvenience for everyone, especially the employees. Management also lacks clear direction and is often clueless about the industry.
