Terrible the worst
They need to shut down or find proper people to employ.
I asked the inspector to send documents requesting to uplift my account at another bank. I even gave him the email address my bank requested to use to immediately assist me but that inspector refused and I don鈥檛 even know how to get through. He won鈥檛 reply he won鈥檛 answer. I sometimes felt he was ignoring. The investigation department nobody answers. The direct line nobody answers, the manager line nobody answers, send them emails and still nobody answers. I am waiting for the last 2 weeks but can鈥檛 get anyone to help. So are they doing their jobs do they care about customers? I don鈥檛 think so. Fnb should shut down they are the worst bank to deal with. My bank I call or email and they answer within 10 min but with FNB I call and call for hours once it even took me the entire afternoon till 5pm and I still couldn鈥檛 get through. What a shitty service

If I could leave no stars I would. I am supposed to get monthly annuity payments from Momentum and while one FNB department sends me emails informing me that they have passed on the money to my relevant account I am still waiting to receive these payments. Emailed various FNB departments for an explanation in December last year, and again in January and still no answer – it is now March! FNB now owes me 1000's of Rands – this is borderline theft.

We actually had a very good start with FNB as our trusted partner for our SA branch and have no reason to complain at all. The only thing that would add to it is maybe a slightly faster communication.

I have seen different banking apps from friends but they user interface is boring and difficult
But FNB app is so easy and safe even if you have a password it won't work on any other phone or laptop.
If you are in Africa try this bank

They have hacked my phone, tried to black mail me removed reviews from Hello peter , fasly advertised, I could go on and yes I can prove everything, they are linked to Woolworth's, Takealot, Legal size, and all these companies have hacked my phone stolen from me , I am broken because of them. And I could wipe them out with all the proof I have. Rand Merchant Bank oversees them, which leads straight to the Nastec stick market. I want them to right their wrongs. They broke someone who they most likely though wouldn't fight back, I have nothing to loose now.

I have been an FNB client for almost 11 years. They have shown that your money is secondary to them. I have received remarkable service whether it is to open a personal or a business account.

They are a complete package: their branches, online banking and app. The website is a breeze to use and the app is well designed and efficient. Walk into their branches where you are greeted and directed to the correct person.

For traveling abroad, starting a business or even the accounting side of your business, can be done from the comfort of your home. This is an additional A+ for a small business owner such as myself. FNB assists you with free training on how to use their accounting software.

From a foreigner's point of view, if you are thinking of emigratting to South Africa then this bank will be the most suited for you. It has an exceptional Forex department and the savings possibilities worth a look.

This bank continues to better itself and it truly serves you!

I'd say this is the best banking site in South Africa, although the email system is partly broken. They denied it in an email and sent me a response from the technical department that showed the email was not sent and was discarded due to an internal error. I will update vendor reliability if it improves.
