Flawlesslighting

I had purchased a 60.00 Hollywood light, and charged 95.95 in total on my credit card, on January 24th. I reached out to customer service on Instagram and through emails, I got one response asking for my full name and order number (#44772). And two weeks later I tried to track my order and it says "still waiting fulfillment". I messaged about a refund, they said they sent me one and to wait 7-10 days for it to clear. 10 days have gone by and there is no refund. I contacted them again about the refund and why they lied and I was blocked on Instagram and can no longer contact them. I have been flat out stolen from. This business is fraudulent, they take hard working individuals money and have no desire to deliver products or the money they have taken from you.

I wouldn鈥檛 rate them a star at all if it was possible. Thieving rats! A total scam, their communication skills are shocking after 3 weeks of waiting I鈥檝e finally had a refund on an item that was never sent! They should be taken down!

After writing so many reports, I just have to say scam.

I ordered this from the U.K so I expected a bit of a delivery charge but the actual shipping charge almost cost the same amount as the product itself!
But, the product was great so it was an acceptable experience.

Worst company ever, thieves, its all because of nikkietutorials on YouTube sponsored them once, i said wow its a great company, but its not. I ordered the iPhone click LED light ring on 7th of December 2016, now its 22nd of January and never received it. I sent them emails couple of times with no reply, i sent to Better Business Bureau to open a case, the company didn't reply BBB neither, so its a bluff company, do not buy from them, they are a fake company, they take the money and do nothing. I will take this to higher people, and all media will know about u.

I placed an order on there because there was so many recommendations from youtubers. So after spending around 拢200 or so, i've still not received any shipping confirmation email, no notification or messages from them and it's been just under 4 weeks since I placed the order. Now bare in mind all items where in stock at that moment, so no pre-orders or anything. I sent them around 20 or so emails asking when my items will ship and no response at all! So fuming with them. I have taken action and contacted my back to reverse the direct debit and if this requires a court visit I will for sure go up! Absolutely ridiculous service. Will never order from them again or recommend at all!
