They kept us going back and forth to western union sending money and crap. Then i tunes card. They scammed us out of a lot. They need to be shut down. I have a signed contract does that count for anything???

I applied for a loan they told me I qualify for s 3000 loans they told me to pay 200 for insurance to go buy 2 $100.00 iTunes card and then to buy 1 $100.00 iTunes and 1 $90.00 iTunes to pay taxes so I did then they told me that they can't deposit my money on my account that I had to go to a close western union but then I realized it was a scam so I told them I didn't want the loan any more so they said ok I'll call u in 25 minutes to cancel your application and refund ur money and I still haven't heard from them and when I call it always ring like their bussy.

I was looking online for an installment loan to pay down my debt with 1 monthly payment. I didn't apply on their website, but they contacted me ( I guess all the online loan companies share info?) saying I was approved for $5000. Since I have a poor credit rating, they said I have two options, 1) get 2 co-signers or 2) pay $200 for insurance that would be refundable after I pay the loan off. I opted for option 2. I was told to get a reloadable Amazon card (which I did question, they gave me a lame ass answer, but assured me it would be refundable), take two photos each of the receipt and the back of the card and email it to them. I was told that they would make the bank transfer in two payments, $2500 each due to banks charging taxes for transfers over $3000. I was told it would take about 40 minutes, 1 1/2 hours later I get a call from the "account manager" (Andy Young) who said they said the transfers are "stuck" because the bank wants $190 in taxes, which he told me I would have to get a reloadable card (Amazon or iTunes). I then told him that 1) I didn't have the money and 2) this was a scam. We argued for about 5 minutes, I asked him for my $200, he said it was non-refundable. He (Andy Young) called me with a 415-329-4621 phone number. Both John Bailey and Andy Young had East Indian accents. I feel like a fool and should have trusted my gut when John Bailey told me to get a reloadable card for $200 for the "insurance".

I was applying for personal loans online, and then the man from what I thought was a legitimate business called me and told me I was approved for $3000, but I had to pay $180 dollars for insurance, in the event I defaulted on my payments. So I went to the store and got the Amazon card he told me to get, and he had told me to use cash but I couldn't withdraw that much due to my $500 limit. So he basically yells at me telling me I told you to use cash
