Do not order from this company. You will not get any response from them nor any product. I have emailed them 4 times and left a voicemail once. They quickly charge your card though… I wish that I had seen this site before ordering.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order on January 15, was charged $181 immediately, but never received a written confirmation of my order, and don't even have an order number. But the charge is real. I have have left multiple voicemails (cannot reach someone directly, they are all "working from home") and sent emails. Radio silence.

As so many on this site have reported, this company charges your card and does not deliver any merchandise. I have turned them over to the BBB with no response from them. It has been 5 months of me calling, emailing, even texting with no response except to say they cancelled my order and credited my card. However, the NEVER REFUNDED MY $112. Screenshot is the only response I've received.

I have never received my order, after following up for 3 months. Calls go to a call centre and the agent on the line changes the story about my order even within the same phone call. Website looks ok but I am doubting whether there is an actual business and if other reviews are from within their scam. Am out of pocket $300, which only rubs salt in the wound as the order was for my daughter's small business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Item ships from Malaysia and Ukraine – it is not an American company. Item arrived wet and completely the wrong size! Even though they use the name of the bassinet and moses baskets I have (Snoo and Moba) SEE PICTURES. The only thing they offer is to pay for dry cleaning. I do not want to put my newborn on a malaysian mattress covered in liquid! They blamed customs – the package was unopened. They ship from Malaysia in a PLASTIC BAG!
The order took over a month to get to me and the tracking was useless as it appeared the package started in Ukraine, then Malaysia, etc. etc. We immediately contacted the company along with photos. They offered dry cleaning. The mattresses DO NOT FIT! NOT EVEN CLOSE! Everyone knows you can't have a wrong size mattress for newborns – it is completely UNSAFE and at risk for suffocation!

I ordered thin red striped linen 4 piece sheet set in California King (Christmas Sheets!) happy with the quality of materials & sewing. The top sheet has a 4-inch hem on top and the elastic for the fitted sheet goes all the way around and ample room for my tall mattress. I was not expecting to buy linen but I could not find red striped sheets in California king anywhere else so I decided to give these guys a shot. I did see that flaxlinen prices were much better then others that I compared (parachute, cayouchi, rough linen) so I was concerned that they were going to cut corners but that was not the case

I see a lot of positive & a few negative reviews here so I wanted to share my experience with this company. First off, I want to say I also experienced receiving some incorrect items when my delivery initially arrived, albeit 1 week later then the estimate. I do understand COVID has caused some people to take out their frustrations on the wrong people. In this case the late delivery was not due to flaxlinen.com but rather the courier UPS. I could see the order was shipped on time but it sat with the UPS warehouse form an extra 6 days without movement. I cannot blame the company do that. When I order finally arrived, I was not happy to see that a few of the items were made in the wrong color. I reached out to my contact at Flax Linen (Sean) and he immediately notified his sewing manager who confirmed that my pillow cases had been made with the wrong color. They emailed me back the same day and let me know that I could keep the incorrect items and withing 3 days the correct pillow cases were sent out. I just received the replacement items and happy to report that A) UPS seems to have fixed their issues B) The items that arrived were exactly what I initially ordered. Sean followed up to make sure that everything was ok and even sent me a $20 coupon for my next order. This is exactly how customers willing to spend their money online should be treated.

I ordered a sheet set from these guys 2 years ago which has been our regular 4 piece set of sheets. My hubby practically refuses to sleep on anything else so I figured it was time to get a back up set. I did not know they had doona covers as well so this time I added it to my order. The first night we slept in it I finally understood how much I was missing out having linen underneath as well as on top of me. I didn't mention it to my husband but as he was getting ready for work he mentioned how much he enjoyed his sleep 2 or 3 times. I wanted to understand why being covered in linen made such a huge difference to our sleep comfort. When I googled 鈥榣inen sleep health' the flaxlinen.com blog came up speaking of the health virtues of sleeping in linen. I am paraphrasing the blog basically said when you wrap yourself in linen because of the breathability of the fabric, not air pockets are formed and your body temp regulates faster. Makes sense to me, don't let my husband catch us without being wrapped in linen

Super happy to find flaxlinen.com after staying on this search for a month I finally decided to order. My package arrived via UPS via the 2 week time frame that was quoted in the confirmation email when I ordered. They offer a reasonably priced product when purchasing in bundles. As for the fabric, I must say that the quality of linen is extremely high, I ordered the Belgian, stone washed 100% flax and it is really soft to the touch but feels like it will last for years. Ordered the 6 piece ruffled set which includes 2 pillow ruffled pillowcases, a top sheet, a fitted sheet, a ruffled duvet cover. The duvet cover came with 3 sides ruffled with tyes inside to keep my duvet in place and buttons to close the duvet in at the bottom. All the ruffles are really well made with a generous amount of fabric. Overall I am truly pleased with my purchase, I did not have to get in touch with Customer Service because everything arrived as it was ordered

I placed an order three weeks ago. I spent $225 and have never received my merchandise. I鈥檇 later added on an additional item that was $75, and because of a tech glitch wasn鈥檛 able to complete the transaction online. I have called Flax Linens 5 times and sent 2 emails in 1 week with no response of any kind. When I call the number they鈥檝e provided for customer service, a person comes on and takes a message for you but cannot contact customer service directly or even transfer you to them. I鈥檓 starting to think this company is a complete scam. DO NOT do business with them.

I ordered the sheets in August. My card was billed immediately. I have not received the product. I have called 3 times, and the answering service does not work for the company. So they mark the issue as urgent and say a manager from the company will call you back. Guess what? No one calls you back! I have also emailed 10 times and never received a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and never receive the product you ordered.

I ordered and paid for 4 yards of fabric on September 20th. It was supposed to have arrived by now. I have emailed 3 times with no response so I started calling. I have now called 3 times. The first time I was told it was "on the way" and the last two times, each customer service representative told me they could not find the status of my order and someone would call me back with that information. This is outrageous! I still have no fabric or refund or answer whatsoever.

Checked out their website, everything looked pretty good. Decided to go with them. Organic duvet. Supposedly. Almost two weeks now and customer service states they cannot find my order. Yet although they claim that my email address is invalid, they sent me an order confirmation on the 20th of October with an order number, yes, to my email address that I provided.
Called customer service several times, one of the reps stated that it's shipped, and on its way. No tracking number though. The other reps said they cannot find my order and does not correspond with my email address. Sounds exactly like so many of the one star reviews that I have read. Doing a chargeback with my credit card company. Fortunately, they really support their customers… unlike flax linens. I highly recommend that if one is unsure about a particular website and you still want to follow through with the order, try to stick with Discover or American Express because they really do a fantastic job in supporting their client's when it comes to everything, and in this case chargebacks.
After doing some research, the owner is supposedly Yuliia Barbashova, who can be found on Facebook, although her last post was a couple of years ago. And I also see another linen company that she owns, again supposedly, by a different name, (Wholesome Linens), in Denver Colorado, where Flax Linens is supposed to be based. I'm also gathering from a lot of the reviews that the product is not organic, nor is it made in the USA, but apparently made in China.
It's odd that you cannot successfully contact anybody to get some credible information about your order, as well as cancellations, etc.
I personally will make a very diligent effort to get to the bottom of this matter to prevent this from happening to other unsuspecting people.

I ordered a $225 sheet set in July 2020 and they charged my card immediately. I still have not received any merchandise or communication as of October 15,2020. No shipping update, no response to my emails or online chat messages for a shipping update or my request for a refund. Customer service reps only take email address and promise someone will get back to me, but they never have. Total sham of a company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

After 4+ emails, 4+ discussions with customer service, 4+ chats on line – they NEVER got back to me, never emailed me, never delivered the sheets but promptly took the money from my account.
I did order from them in the past and was happy with the product – but I have never had this experience of repeating all of the information over and over to customer service and then they just disappear. As you can see on this site, a lot of other people had the same experience. There's something weird going on with this company. Don't use them.

I never received my order, which I ordered over 2 months ago. I have tried to call, email and chat with the only response asking me if I would like a coupon to place an order. The customer service telephone number is outsourced so the agent I spoke to simply told me she would transfer my message. My credit card was charged months ago. Buyers beware.

I placed an order on 9/4/2020. I received an order confirmation but have gotten no notification of shipment. I have called to check on the order and was told that it was shipped and should arrive by 9/26. I have not gotten it. I called THREE times and emailed twice and have gotten no information. Was told "will forward this to? Wherever? And they'll contact you. They have not!

Ordered custom sized linens & delivered within 2 weeks was surprised because all my other deliveries were late during the pandemic quality is as good or better of any linen sheets I have purchased over the last 22 years of buying my own sheets.

I want to inform everyone the best way to get in touch with the company is through the website chat. As far as I understand due to COVID-19 the company has been forced to work remotely and hire a 3rd party to answer phone calls but the website chat is still being answered by the company employees. I ordered some items when they were delivered was interested in adding to my order so I called the phone number and they took my name and phone number to get a call back. Instead of waiting I decided to use the chat and was instantly connected with someone from the company to add some items to my order. Natalie immediately sent me a quot via email and i was able to recorder. Thank you Natalie!

My initial order with Flax Linens was 3 years ago. Since the bedding lasted and felt like it got even better over time. Unfortunately my cat snagged by duvet cover so I came back and received the exact same color I initially ordered (indigo blue). I decided to order a full set (duvet cover, pillow cases, fitted sheet and flat sheet) in the same color I was expecting for there to be a big difference due to fading but I was impressed to see that the color stayed virtually the same

I am a 68 years old and have been leaving my house less and less over the past months. I have had to switch my essential purchases online. Since I am a big fan of sleeping on Linen i found this company. I normally go to the department store to purchase bedding but this time I was pleased to receive a higher quality material at a better price then what I would have paid at Nordstrom's. After sleeping on the bedding for the past 2 weeks and washing them twice. The reason I did not purchase Belgian Linen before was fear of caring for them but there is no difference between caring for cotton and Belgian linen other then the linen dries faster. I am very pleased with my decision to order from this company and would like to recommend that you do the same

Ordered my Stonewashed Belgian Linen 3 Piece set 2 weeks ago, arrived on time via Fedex. European Flax as described from the reviews it looks like the company went through a rough patch while the mail was slowed down during covid but it seems like everything is back to normal. I was recommended this site from Architecture Digest article which turned me onto this company and not disappointed
