Tried to book an artist for an event on the 5th December. Heard nothing at all, so ended up giving up on the idea. Tonight on the 16th of December, 11 days after the event, I got a message to say that unfortunately the artist wouldn't be available for the event on the 5th. A bit late to tell us now…
Will not use again and would not recommend.

Not a good service at all, when they say they will give you credit, you wont get the whole amount back on your service, it will only be the deposit amount. So if your deposit amount is less you will loss some of your money. Zero stars.

Flayr refused to refund my deposit for a wedding hair & makeup booking that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Restrictions. They only offered a credit that had an expiry date for the 1st of January 2021. It's understandable that it's a tough time for everyone and no one saw this coming, but it's dishonest to hold people's money when a service can't be provided. I can understand giving everyone credits on their accounts, but you should honour those people who ask for refunds in this situation, it is the right thing to do. I will not be using their services in the future nor recommend them to anyone. It's very disappointing to see this company profiting from a pandemic. It's simply wrong.

They were hard to work with from the start but to top things off Would not return deposit of $125 during this horrible time where we have had to Cancel our beloved wedding day, along with so many other poor couples.

This is a time where people are going through extraordinary circumstances and should be coming together to help in any way. I explained my partner had lost her job and that we have had to cancel our wedding, which has devastated us. They will not return the money. Greedy and selfish and no compassion in a time like now.
