Great and flexible leasing service! Have had a car for a couple of months now after ordering it from the app. The car was delivered brand new and my contract with the customer support has been fast and friendly. Everything is taken care of, like changing of winter tires and toll expenses. Recommended!

Personal service is great – friendly people and new cars. Expensive yes a litle bit, will say a more long-term-yes if they offer loyalty discount.

Some lacking UX/execution, good premise.
Some lacking procedures/guidance/assistance/documentation for a completely self-sufficient customer experience.
Both wrt. to picking up, definition of "good enough cleaned" at drop-off, and what payments come when (tolls vs monthly subscription).
More easily/correctly make available documentation for what services are available (such as the – back in January 2020 – future promised "clean up" service at car delivery).
