Scam – notice how every single 5 star reviewer has ONLY 1-3 reviews in Google with the same generic comments in their other reviews. Every time I attempt to book, they threaten with "$350" if I don't show up for a 90 minute time-share presentation. They promise you the stars during their initial pressure sales but fail to tell you that you will be paying taxes, resort fees, etc and when I tried to book they asked for my income, if I was married, and other personal details. If I didn't make a certain income or if I was not married, I could NOT book the travel!
They are partnered with a 3rd party travel vendor called ata travel services which has the same scam reputation along with the same scam reviews.
Do not spend your money here and don't fall for the scam
Don't agree to their intial $345 and they'll bring it all the way down to 100

Call from Flex & Stay that said I had received a travel voucher that expired in 2019 after touring one of their resorts like Hilton did I visit a Hilton property and I did in Hawaii. The offered what sounded like a decent deal – three vacations over the next 24 months: 4-day/3-night at one of 35 plus in the US location. 8-day/7-night at multiple brand location across the world. Then 5-day/4-night stay at one of eight all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. Offer started at $398, but when they "transferred me" to new David the offer went to $298. Then checked to see what else he could add and would add one more 8-day/7-night at multiple brand location across the world. Plus a then $1000.00 travel voucher for incidentals. When I said I need to put you on hold and check with my wife I just muted my phone to hear the chatter on their end then came back and asked if I had to purchase today? We would like to think on it until the end of day and then call back. The call hung up right then and I tried to call back that number that just called me the 251 number and it was out of service then I call the companies webpage number and asked for the reps and they said they were busy asked to talk to someone lese about "The Deal" and got hung up on once again.

Paid for this shady cruise over the radio back in 2012 or so.. i was young and dumb.. 8 years later and i'm still getting harassed regarding the same "package".. each phone call with them apologizing and saying how it was a different company or a different error in the system and how i should make use of the credit i already have to not let it go to waste.. except wait.. i still need to pay more to activate it back, book my flight and show up based on this shady f***ing company that doesn't exist.. you are a number on an email list to them hoping you're dumb enough to shell out more money for something that doesn't exist. Theyve gotten smart and know exactly what to say. They can all burn in hell for all i care i chalked it up as a loss years ago

Call from Flex & Stay that said I had received a travel voucher that expired in 2019 after touring one of their resorts (I don't recall ever doing that!). The offered what sounded like a decent deal – three vacations over the next 36 months: 4-day/3-night at one of 35+ mostly US locations; 8-day/7-night at a Wyndham Suites location across the world; 5-day/4-night stay at one of eight all-inclusive resorts, mostly in Mexico. Offer started at $498, but when they "transferred me" to David the offer went to $298. After refusing again he offered me $198 down with a 30-day refund offer, then $100 later. When I said I had to wait to check with my wife to make this kind of purchase (she wasn't home) the call mysteriously disconnected mid-sentence.

I got a call from Dave Austin who identified himself as an employee of Flex and Stay. He informed me that a package I paid for (Sheraton Princeville) on Kauai had expired. I had received a call the previous week and told it did not expire until November 2021. I was told that I could extend it and get more days for $498 but I had to do it on this phone call. He passed me to his boss, Dave Scott. I asked for a call back number. He refused saying that I had to do it on this phone call. I asked for proof of who they were. The sent me to the website. I indicated this was not proof. I could have told them I work for the IRS and sent them to the IRS site. That is not proof. I was told they are making a recording of the phone call and they would send it to me. Again, what proof is that? I was told they would send a confirmation email after the transaction was complete. I guess they think I am stupid. I said this sound like a waste of their and my time. Dave Scott said, "Yeah, you are wasting my time." I decided not to waste any more of his time and I hung up. I called back the number they called from (913-251-9264) and it was a number not in service. I then called the Flex and Stay number on the website (888-765-6667) to report this phishing activity. Guess what? They confirmed these were their employees. I guess the whole business is a scam.

Sells travel packages, then requires additional undisclosed fees of $100's of dollars. Just a total fraud, and then when I called to cancel the very next day, they never answer the phone so you can't cancel. Don't fall for it, even though it is a new website without many complaints.

This was a call on the phone- then a call back – they made it sound really good but even with questions from us knew just what to say to reel us in. There is an extra charge for everything that they do not reveal right away. Then the 300.00 voucher for food has to be activated with a 29.00 charge and then has to be used once a month for 25.00 a month- that was the final straw. We asked for a refund as we knew it was already taken out of our Visa or Discover account. They said it was activated on May 24 but we think the money was taken out a week before that. They said they would call us back in 7-10 days but we do not think they will. They will just tell us we are past the 30 days they gave us to get a refund. They will say they disclosed all this information to us. However, They did it in a misleading way.
