A very competent and thorough service. They went further than we we expected, and won the case via the ombudsman after receiving a rejection from the airline company. We would recommend them to anyone who wishes to claim from an airline company.

A great process and a happy result.
Really happy with the end result and the staff that I was in contact with throughout my claim. Easy to start a claim with Flight Reclaim and nice helpfully staff to get the ball rolling.
I rung up a few times for an update, I when advised that once they got an outcome I would be contacted, I stopped worring.
Spoke to a lovely lady, Emi, who was really polite and she told me everything that was happening with my claim. Nice to have a customer service department that are actually helpfully.
I would use Flight Reclaim again and recommend anyone that thinks they can go to the airline directly, as my sister has gone directly to the airline (Wizz Air) and not even received anything, so I am happy to pay their percentage and I don't have to do anything.
Now my sister is going to us Flight Reclaim.
Thank you for the help and the payment that I received.

As per previous review, I would like to confirm, I received my compensation from FlightReclaim after 5 months. I do apologise for the statement of Fraud company.
Despite of the fact, the company has very poor customer service. No update, no progress for long time, same answer be patient. After my formal complaint to legal authorities and be pushy, I got better respond from more senior staff and was able get a refund finally..

Flight Reclaim have been dealing with me claims since July can never speak to any one of the staff. So frustrating I feel like this is a fugazi company so I just want the public to know be for they choose this company to handle there ckaim

After waiting over a year for my claim, which I am still yet too recieve I left a negative review on Google explaining the extremley poor skills management have dealing with customers and so on. I have now received an email saying my payment has gone missing? and further in the email was a comment related to my review on google! so in other words due to my bad review the time scale for my payment has been furthered! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

In relation to flight reclaims comments I will be happy to post screen shots of emails where I have proven I had no connection with another company and even sent flight reclaim multi forms of proof this wasn鈥檛 the case in which took months and months to be sorted. The third party involved agreed I had no connection with them and even stated that half the work and admin work I was doing to prove my claim was legitimate should have been carried out by flight reclaim and not myself. It鈥檚 funny how they can reply to these reviews faster than my emails and calls for the past year and half.

Had a torrid time on a flight with Easyjet earlier this year which meant we were delayed for 5 hours. Thankfully flight reclaim were brilliant from start to finish. I just let them get on with it and a few weeks later then let me know my claim was successful! I have now received just over 拢1600 from them and I couldn鈥檛 recommend them enough! Hope I鈥檓 not delayed again but if I am I鈥檒l defo be back in touch with you guys! Thanks Again!

I've been waiting since September 2018 for my compensation the only contact with this company is when i contact them its now 14 months down the line was told it would be sorted out by august still nothing beginning to actually think this company may possibly not even be a real one i was getting spam emails with my flight details asking me to pay money called the company they said nothing to do with them now im in limbo is this ever going to get resolved or have i been duped

Is it even possible to give 0 stars???

My claim is DY/PC/29437/2 and i have not heard from flight reclaim in months. Filed for compensation in march and its now November and all my claim says is 'we are still awaiting response from airline'. Just tried to call to find out that you can call for 3 days during the week for a total of 15 hrs to speak to someone if you already have a claim…..unless you wanna start a new one!! Absolutely disgusted with communication and unknown delays dealing with this company…..avoid!!

Brilliant and fast service. The staffs were so nice, helpful and very fast to deal with the query. I received my compensation within weeks. I do recommend Flight Reclaim to everyone as the they are the best in the market.

I decided not to deal with this company but I am getting harassed by texts and emails to fill paperwork in for a flight delay.
Deal direct with the airlines yourself and save an extortionate fee.

Having had a bad experience with a similar company I thought I would try out flight reclaims. They were helpful and friendly , the payment was made after 14 weeks … I thought it would be sooner but they kept me updated so I didn鈥檛 mind waiting for 2 more weeks I thought the fees were fair and would recommend and use the service again 🙂

"The Client agrees that whether compensation was received through the efforts of Flight Reclaim Ltd, the Client, or a third party, the matter is irrelevant according to the terms of Paragraph 3.2."

I managed to get the compensation another way and because I didn't read their massive terms and conditions, they are now requesting 拢100. They did absolutely nothing and are chasing me for payment.

Edit – stay away. Threats of debt collectors. Refusal to discuss lack of transparency with terms. Please please anyone thinking about using this company, check out Resolver instead. It's free!!!!

Hi flight reclaim, I have already told you over email how happy I am with the service and result I got with you company but wanted to share it with the public.
I don't understand the bad reviews you are getting, I would like to say that people need to show a bit of patience and the world does not revolve around them. If you want an update, pick up the phone. If you think its taking too long then drop them email. Its simple really.
I was happy to sit back and wait for the end result and in doing so the experience was a pleasure.
You are doing a great job and I have already told my colleagues at work to use you.
