Do not trust, a bait and switch company.
Charged $635 for round trip, called back in 15 minutes cancelling first trip and charge $500+ for return trip. Then wanted to charge us for cancelling our trip.

It was quite an experience! They where very professional getting my tickets to Richmond .
The flight coming home was cancelled through Delta. Delta refunded my money back to Flight Trotters. Have proof. It鈥檚 been a year since I booked. I have been trying to get my refund. They have not responded at all. They have my money ?? Can鈥檛 understand that they can keep my money ? That鈥檚 wrong.
It鈥檚 my money they have.
What does a person do to get it back ? That鈥?sounds very illegal. How can a company keep on with such bad reviews ?

BEWARE, THIS IS A BIG SCAM. Do not do business with this company and under no circumstances don't trust its representatives. The good reviews are fake. Don't fall into their trap. That's how these crooks deceive customers. You browse the internet to find the right deal for a plane ticket and you come across the offer of Flight Trotters which is about $50 below the market. You fill out the form and you go to the checkout, at this stage you are given the choice to pay with the debit card free of charge or with the credit card with fees. As you want to save money, you opt for the "Debit" payment, and then my friend, you're made like a rat. A few minutes later, you receive an email asking you to contact one of their agents. You call, and then you are informed that your ticket puts you on a waiting list that you must show up on the day of departure at the airport and the airline can deny you access on board if there is no place. You refuse of course but until then you do not feel the scam yet. The agent offers to review your application and comes back to tell you that to get a ticket in good standing, you would have to add about $300. You refuse and ask to be refunded but the Agent warns you that if you cancel the ticket, you must pay a fee of $150. Now you realize you're done. The company gives you the choice between buying a ticket that is $300 above the market price or paying a $150 penalty. No matter how much you argue, nothing helps. The agent knows that you have no choice since you paid with the debit card and the Bank can do nothing and you have no recourse. Then you voluntarily agree that the company is legally stealing from you. That's my experience, I'm sharing it so these scammers don't rob honest people anymore. So, if you ever browse the internet and come across Flight Trotters, dig as far as you can.

I lost my booking (for 3 passengers) round trip of approx CAD $3600. Flighttrotters as usual like all the reviews booked my ticket in low price and called me within 10 minutes asking for more money stating I will loose all my money if I don鈥檛 pay more because my airline ticket for one way is not confirmed yet. I had to pay flighttrotters CAD $350 more and second part is I wanted to reschedule my return flight (cancelled) due to covid19 and flighttrotters asked me approx CAD $1100, but now I already know from the online reviews and called directly to my airline and they did it for free.
Now my flight (Lufthansa) is operational but Indian passport holders are not allowed to board the flight due to conflict with Indian government and Germany. Now I am trying to contact flighttrotters but they are responding, then I called them and they said they can鈥檛 reschedule.
Since my booking was through travel agent( scammer flighttrotters) , airline needs to know my ticket pricing to reschedule but miraculously flighttrotters never put any info in my file, they call it OSI.
Can anyone help me where can I make a complaint since I lost my money/ticket for three passengers only because of flighttrotters. One interesting point was there that while booking my ticket flighttrotters mentioned an email [email protected] I mailed voyzant as well but no response.
Please beware of flighttrotters or Voyzant since they not only want to rob you but also they love to see you loose your money.
I am wondering how flighttrotters is having average review on trust pilot but no where else on any other review sites.
I know flighttrotters will deny that they have no record of my name booked any ticket from them.
I have approximate 30 emails regarding this.

By the way, I have observed that only trust pilot has better reviews on internet about flighttrotters. Beware to believe the reviews sources.

Please be careful with flighttrotter鈥?br />
Please be careful with flighttrotter and do not attempt to buy ticket from them. One of the agent called Nick Jones is a fraud including all the agent. They are fraud!!! They are fraud!!!
Be careful all. They will need to be taken up. This was a recent scam to me from Flighttotter with ref # FT955523. On Oct 17th 2020, I was looking for a ticket online and saw flight on their website. I was going to buy it and put all my information and paid In which a customer service called Nick Jones called me and told me that he had resent the payment information to me to reconfirm the payment. I paid $1507.87 directly from my bank account and he told me that he would provide me the ticket in the next 24hrs. He called me back after few hours that there was no flight available for my departure flight and if I could add another $700 then he would guarantee a ticket for me otherwise I would loose all my money if cancelled the ticket for me. I asked him to send me a ticket booking confirmation that he had bought for me with Delta airline so I can call them myself but he refused to send email rather he gave me some booking number #VRHROB for Delta and when I called Delta, they told me that booking number is not with their airline. Nick Jones from flighttrotter asked me to voluntarily cancel my ticket and he sent the following to me "Please reply for confirmation of voluntary cancellation as" I agree for voluntary cancellation with fees of $400.00 cad and accept terms and conditions " .
Once received, we will cancel booking and send you confirmation of voluntary cancellation".
I replied him back that I am not voluntarily cancel my ticket and if there was no flight booked for me yet them he should refund me my full payment otherwise he should send me the booking confirmation for my ticket.

On Oct 18th, I called them back and a customer rep called Robin Smith attended to me. He told me only Nick could help me but I told him what about of Nick is no longer working with you so who will be helping, then the tried to help. At the end he asked me to voluntarily cancel the ticket and he sent email to me below:
"Dear Mr……
Greetings from Flight Trotters!!
As discussed over the phone and agreed, we will be charging Voluntary Cancellation fees of $ 200.00 CAD. Since the payment remains as pre-authorized, we will be only taking $ 200.00 CAD as discussed and the remaining amount will be there with your bank as it is. Though they may take a few days to reflect it back in your account but be assured we are only going to accept the mentioned amount of $ 200.00 CAD out of $ 1507.00 CAD you paid .
Please reply for confirmation of voluntary cancellation as" I agree for voluntary cancellation with fees of 200.00 CAD and accept terms and conditions " .
He initially told me that they would remove $250 but they are currently have promo if $50 so they would send me $1307.87

They eventually refund me $1307.87 and took $200 from my money. My question is what money is $200 when you never purchased a ticket for me and you lied to me that the ticket was guaranteed during payment and that you will send the ticket within 24hrs.

They even threatened me to remove my review if I wanted the balance refund back. This is a fraud organization and I already report the company to my bank frauf department and police. I will do anything in my power to bring them to book.
This is a scam company and all the transaction with them is fraud so be careful.

First they will dangle a carrot of unbelievable low cost fares that once you submit payment, your money is virtually all but lost. With exorbitant and unrealistic fees also levied for their services on your credit card. Sound familiar? They follow that up with a phone call to you stating that one of the flights in your itinerary is over booked, therefore to secure the connection flight the consumer must absorb additional questionable costs and the original amount is non refundable. Buyer BEWARE. Legitimate carriers who want your business will always try to make things right by offering to provide a voucher or credit. This was not the case with theses small brained crude con artists. Luckily, when the person on the phone call I got to potentially siphon a $190.00 more from me, I refused. I demanded that he escalate to management. He explained that they wear busy and could not do so then or call me back for that matter. This is where they begun to falter. Do not BUY into their these pressure/stall tactics over the phone either basically holding your trip plans\money in the aggregate and in limbo. They finally mentioned they could take the money themselves off my credit card and sent an email to confirm that I agreed to pay the additional cost. Which is also false. Please know that the email they send is just click bait. IGNORE all correspondence. However I would recommend keeping the messages as they serve as evidence in your favour to prove your case and are best left untampered with. My best advice is to cancel your credit used to perform the transaction. Failing that also report this thinly veiled systemic fraud to the authorities. Trust me when I say that these idiots and I am being polite are on their radar too. I now am working with my credit card company and letter champ (consumer advocacy) to dispute the charges of $306.94

NEVER buy tickets on this website please. Real SCAMMERS and THIEVES. I just bought my ticket and I got 2 letters wrong in the first name, the only correction I asked for when i called them but these people made me pay 268$ or they wouldn't issue my ticket. I called the airline which was ready to make the corrections at no further cost but these thieves categorically refused to send me my e-ticket if I did not make the changes at their place and pay the fee. They are truly unscrupulous crooks who are ready to take advantage of the desperation of their clients to extract even more money from them.

Do not ever, EVER, deal with this company. If lucky, you鈥檒l simply get scammed. If not, you鈥檒l get robbed: losing thousands of dollars and your nerves.
Read below for details.

If you are lucky enough, here is what happens:
You see a listing for very competitive air fares that they offer. Excited about the deal: you book it. You think your trip is now all set and wait for the tickets鈥?But they never come. Instead, one of their agents calls you saying that the seats are 鈥渘ot guaranteed鈥?at this price, that you have to pay extra if you want to have them 芦 guaranteed 禄. You decide to go on and pay the extra charge to avoid the hassle of searching and rebooking elsewhere. Then… still no tickets. They will eventually call you again saying the price has changed because the airline company raised their rates. You ask for a refund, but the process to get that refund is so overwhelming that you eventually end up paying the extra charge once again.
You finally get your tickets鈥?At an even higher price tag than if you had purchased them directly from the airline company in the first place.
Since you鈥檝e been nervous and stressed out for 3 days due to unpleasant back and forth with the agent, you are now relieved to have your tickets. This is when they start arrassing you to get a good review. Tired and drained due to all the shenanigans, you end up doing it. Hence the few positive reviews they get. Kind of like Stockholm syndrome if you will.
A very well oiled scheme anyway.

I started mentionning that all of this was 鈥渋f you were lucky鈥?which was the case for a friend of mine. I unfortunately heard about his experience after having my own experience with them.
My experience was much simpler: I paid, never got the tickets, refused to pay the extra money they asked for be, they never refunded me despite what they promised… Not a scam, just pure highway robbery.

Note: The name of the agent that served (or should I say 芦 robbed 禄 me) is Frank Rolston (probably an alias anyway), extension 404
