First of all there is no way anyone can contact them. They send out messages and there is no form of proper communication. Secondly, in the heart of COVID I have been trying to reach them for some leniency on the travels made to New Orleans but they were not able to assist or even respond to reasoning. I will not be able to travel as this was not arranged by me but family included me. Is there any leniency in helping me by either extending the flight time or giving me a portion of what I paid. I wish there was some leniency on their part. Trying to speak to a customer service rep is —no word to describe it.

Over all it is good for me because it includes all expenses that needs to know by a passenger or a customer like if a customer wants to reserve a sit.

service was impeccable, but no hot coffee/tea is absolutely not fair. a huge hold up while waiting to take your seat is;
everyone had carry on that was just too big for the wee little overhead bins. this should be addressed prior to boarding.

Really like FlightHub and book most of our flights with you. All the repeated suggestions for insurance, baggage protection, hotels and cars are annoying. We purchased cancellation insurance due to the uncertainties of Covid only to find AFTER we bought it that Covid related claims would not be covered. Now we have the laborious task of contacting Manulife and cancelling that.

Easy process to follow for using a credit I had from COVID cancelled flight.
Would recommend using FlightHub again.
