I booked my three tickets of London by them for American Airlines.
Due to pandemic conditions, the flight was cancelled and I applied for refund on American airlines website. The airlines refunded full amount to the Flight Network because I booked through them.
I contacted several times but no response by email or on phone.
The amount of USD 2129. 58 is in question. I also called my credit card company but my credit card company said it was booked longtime so they are unable to put as dispute charge.
I am surprised, is the customer care department of US or Canada not looking this scam. I saw several complaints and bad reviews about them.

This company is SCAM. Do not book with this company, you will regret it. Due to covid we could not travel, and they told us that we had to complete our travel before December of 2020 and if we didn't, "its not there problem" that our United States has not lifted the travel ban. We lost over 600$. They are running a fraudulent business with VERY POOR customer service.
I normally do not leave reviews, but wanted to warn everyone about this company. Unites States FBI needs to investigate this company and prevent US citizens from purchasing with them.

I booked my flight with flight network in which they made changes to my flight without they send me an email or anything to notify me I have been trying to call them for weeks to change my flight cause they one they give me will not work for me. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes twice when the phone cut off I callback now am on the phone for 3 hours plus and still can't get hold of anyone. If u want a peace of mind please don't do any business with them. I will never do any business with them.

I got to FlightNetwork via Skyscanner and was happy with the price and booking process. BUT, then i needed to change the return flight. Of course i expected to pay a charge to do so, but it proved impossible to contact them to make any changes. Result, return leg forfeited and an expensive one-way flight booked. I WILL NOT be using them again, would rather pay a little more with someone else.

Avoid buying tickets from FlightNetwork regardless of the price. Worst company I had to deal with in my life. For any issue, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them out by phone or email.
My flight got cancel and the airline refunded the full amount, only that I received nothing from it. FlightNetwork refuses to refund me the money even though they received the money from the airline.
Save yourself time and money and DO NOT purchase tickets from Flight Network

Paid 120 usd for calling them where they always hang up, so you have to call again and again.
When support was requested from a supervisor her behavior was so disrespectful and unprofessional.
All they care about is the agency fee and they will tell you have accepted therms and conditions without even trying to find a solution where it was very simple if they would have someone to care,,,,,
Worst experience just go and book from the airline directly respect your soul and dignity by paying a small fee extra and avoid FlightNetwork or similar agencies

I have been fighting with this company for months. I cancelled flight due to furlough. I even bought the extra protection on my tickets. It took me 2 attempts but my credit card company citi bank refunded me every penny. So thankful someone out there has your back because Flight Network was a nightmare to deal with. Never will I ever use a third party company. I had the WORSE experience with this company! My friends say that's what I get for trying to be cheap lol NEVER AGAIN. I would rather spend a little more then lose it!

I am not giving any stars here. If anyone wants to book the flights DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH FROM FLIGHT NET WORK! As believe me if you do. In the case you need to rebook-cancel or something else. It's going to drive you crazy! I have been waiting for more than 4 hours and made calls several times. The end of the day my problem still not solving yet. No body knows what they are doing. My suggestion is do not ever book the flight through from here..

Worst Experience! I booked the return ticket & one side tickets was canceled due to covid-19. Emirates is saying i can use tickets upto 720 days and this Flight Network are saying i can use tickets upto 365 days.
They are not refunding my money.
Other airlines has refund all the money to their customers. This people saying that they have sent me a cancellation email informing about the credit but till date i havent received.

Absolutely terrible. Will never use it again. I was charged for re-booking my flight that was cancelled back in March due to COVID19. Received an email the following day that the flight is cancelled. Called and they said they would get back, which they didn't. Called again twice after that and was hanged up on both times.
Instead called the airline directly and was able to change my ticket no problems.
Thus, these people are nothing but thieves. Not legit. Poor customer service. Zero stars.

Be warned. Don't spend any money with this company. Looks like your getting a deal until something goes wrong. Then it's just like getting scammed by a criminal. They don't pick up the phone, hang up, won't let you talk with managers, and nobody Seems to know how too answer any questions I've had. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Please don't waste your time with them. The way I have been treated by Flightnetwork with my tickets being cancelled by the airline is unbelievable. They should not even be allowed to exist

I've never experienced such astonishingly poor customer service, an impossible refunds process and difficult to navigate website. They also refuse militantly to respond to any attempt to get in contact their office. For your own sake, never use Flight Network.

I have had a very horrifying experience with this company where they've digested $3285 USD hard earned money of mine. Our flight cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic as the destination country closed it's borders so now they say they have given me a future credit to book tickets. I have been calling them more than 100 times in the last 3 months and have written several emails but have never got a response back. Even on calls, I have to wait for 4-5 hours before someone picks up and they flatly say they've no control over my reservation, can't book a flight as it's unavailable and what not. One of the executive even had the guts to tell me such insensitive things that I don't want to write here which really made me repent my decision so much to do business with this shady company just to benefit from a little bit of discount they had offered at the time of booking. Now, I don't know what to do, the flight was to make my old parents 70+ fly back to their home country and they have so many underlying illnesses that their health condition is really getting affected. I have no control over their future credit which I don't have any proof of as they say I have to depend on their agents to book a future ticket. They have never given in writing whatever they tell you over call. Mistake of a lifetime to do business with them!

This company is based in India and is horrible. My advice is to NEVER buy a ticket through their services. Someone should bomb their worksite and they should be fined and banned from operating in the united states. They are 100% misleading on their website regarding refunds, re-booking, and other insurances! Wretched service!

My flight was cancelled due to COVID 19. FlightNetwork sent me an email saying they would refund full amount. The email said it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for the complete refund. So I waited for 12 weeks. Nothing. So I called their customer service, waited for 1 hour 30 min on hold. No one answers, so I hung up.
My credit card company has filed a dispute and I got my full money back.
I highly recommend against using this company. I will never book a ticket from them.

Please don't buy ticket with them. you can't change or cancel your flight by then even the airlines allows to cancel or change the booking. And they lied to me when they said you have credits and you booking was canceled . I contact air Canada which my ticket by them, they told me we didn't cancel your booking. We only changed and we didn't give credit . Who said that.

This company is Thieves with licenses, the airline cancel my flight and return the money to flight network and they still don't want to return my money and I bought the insurance too, they say the insurance not covered the covid-19.
I'm never, never will book with them again!
I prefer to pay more and no booking with flight network!

My flight was cancelled by the airline, and I didn't receive any notification from FlightNetwork, who I booked the flight with. I've been trying to reach them for over 9 weeks. After spending loads of money on local distance calls trying to get ahold of them, I haven't been able to reach them. I'm so frustrated. I will never book with them again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. NEVER making this mistake again of booking via FlightNetwork.
Our travel dates were for 2 passengers on June 2020 but due to COVID-19, all summer plans needed to be cancelled. Most agencies and cruises refunded full amount at no service fee.
Korean Airlines policy mentions full refund, but FlightNetwork refused to give the full refund. They first said they will charge $100 service fee per booking ref on any cancellation. Second time, they said its a $50 service fee ONLY…and the third time they said its $50 service fee in addition to reduced refund (charging $250 per ticket). I do not understand how this agency can keep changing its policy and charge their customers during such unforeseen circumstances. Customer care keeps blaming Korean Airlines for the extra charges, but I had another ticket on the same flight through Priceline and they issued a full refund without any service fee within 24 hours of cancellation.
Horrible customer service, none of the staff is trained well and seems like all of them get diff policies. Not to mention, the wait time is almost 45mins -1 hour (guess because all their customers are not happy with them)
** I normally book via Kayak and it took me through FlightNetwork for this particular reservation. I request even @kayak should BAN this agency from popping up as an option to purchase tickets here. It's a total scam.

I purchased ticket from Europe to Toronto and back in February 2020 for travel in the second half of April 2020. I paid for the "full" insurance. Due to the crisis, all the flights are cancelled. After several hours spent on hold, with both insurance company and flightnetwork.com, I found out that the 'full' insurance only covers 3/4 of the ticket purchase price. In order to get the insurance, I would have to cancel the ticket, pay the penalty, and than claim the 3/4 of the ticket price from the insurance. The alternative is to book a flight with the same carrier, for the same person, at different time. Except every time I call, they give me different dates – first they said I have to book by end of September, and then a different agent gave me the February 2021. Just moments ago, they called and offered me to pay $250 upfront to get the refund.

You sell "full" insurance and actually provide 3/4 coverage, and then "generously" offer to "refund" even less than that?
