Even thought the air Company refused to compensate me and they made it cleared that it was a closed case. Flightright make it after a long battle that took almost a year to refund me. Smooth and punctual communication during the whole period.
They deserve the high fee.

I could really recommend Flightright. We didn鈥檛 need to do anything and they really came through for us. Of course they keep some procentage but if I would have done this myself I probably wouldn鈥檛 have received anything and most of all – I don鈥檛 have knowledge and time to put in. Well done Flightright!

They did it again! This was the third time I used Flight Right. And today I had the money in my account from the last case. For everytime the payments are coming faster, probably because the airline companies are tiered of going to court.

Given this situation, there is no satisfactory short-term solution in sight. Therefore, we have to close your case.

As promised, our service up to now remains free of charge, unlike a lawyer's.

Norwegian Air International does not have a delivery address in Italy or elsewhere in the European Union. This does not make a successful enforcement impossible in principle, but makes it considerably more difficult. Furthermore, claiming your compensation would likely incur translation costs disproportionate to the claim amount. Our lawyers have, regrettably, had to withdraw your lawsuit. Flightright will, of course, bear all incurred legal fees and court costs.

Flightright closed and delivered an issue I would probably not have pursued on my own. Initially I was a bit hesitant to use the service but the e-mails pushed this matter forward so I'm very pleased. It might be advised to explain more in detail the remuneration expected pending such a claim. A bit high on the cost but anything is better than nothing 😉

After trying Google to find a company that can help me with my compensation for a cancelled flight, I turned to Flightright.
Already from the beginning they continuously asked for documents I've already sent (3 times!!!).

After my application was finally on track they promised me "regular updates in the case". I reacieved a few with months apart. After I got the news that it will go to court with promising results, the updates stopped. Almost 1.5 years I've waited!

So I contacted them (14 days for a respons), I got this:
Dear Mr ****,
Thank you for your email.
Your case is still "parked". According to your case. we can claim your case at Norwegian or Swedish Court. Contrary to our assumption, we do not have a cooporation with a lawyer yet. Unfortunately we do not assume to have the process up and running within the next 6 month.

We will offer you the possibilty to terminate your commission at this stage without cost. If you wish so, please send us a short message.

And they almost ask for a termination without cost to not have to take responsibility…

If you can't handle my case, then freaking tell me so I can move on to a company that can!

Like I said: By far the worst company I've ever dealt with!
