The airline refused to pay the compensation, but Flightright had sent the case to Court and after 3 years the compensation was finally paid.

Flightright is amazing, these guys chase the airline companies like a wolf pack hunting for the preys.

I would have given 10 馃専 if it's possible, though it's exactly one after I filled my report and have already forgotten about the case and all of a sudden I got a mail saying good news that my compensation has arrived even though the money has not been credited to my account but I know it will because I've sent my account details, thank you flight right you guys are doing a great job, I want to encourage others to stick with flight right and be patient because it's a virtue. Thanks

I have been waiting for 9 months for them to do anything on my behalf. Every couple of weeks I get a copy and pasted answer telling me to upload my boarding pass. I uploaded my boarding pass several times and even sent it to them directly yet still receive the same robotic responses. They do not respond to any of my queries, literally every email is exactly the same with a different name signed to it. I wish I had chosen a different company as this one is a complete joke and now I am likely never going to see the refund from my two flights. Can't blame Covid on this one, it happened in September.

EDIT: Even after responding to me here this company has done nothing. You had my original boarding pass since day one… it was literally the first thing I uploaded. To appease your incompetence and hopefully have a chance at getting my money, I sent it, along with every possible document and email I had just so you couldn't claim you didn't receive anything again.

Fast forward several weeks, I get an email asking for my ID. After ten months you ask for my ID? Okay… I am used to this painfully disorganized operation at this point so I reply immediately with my passport. Fast forward a few more weeks and I get another copy and pasted email, ASKING AGAIN FOR MY ID!! The same ID I sent three weeks prior!

I urge anyone who is unfortunate enough to have a flight cancelled or delayed to avoid this company at all costs. It will create far more headaches than the lost flight ever will and you will likely never see your money. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

Issue is open for 2 years and still no progress on it. I am very disapointed with Flightright. No communication has happened amost for year. Phone contact is not possible anymore and company doesnt redpond to emails.

Straightforward service. Got my compensation after 2 years. They of course charge a high commission but overall it's worth it since it saves you a lot of time and headaches. I wouldn't have chase the company anyhow, so it's better than nothing.

Excellent,courteous, and confidential service from Flightright who pursued our claim following an initial rejection from the airline of our direct claim. Although court action was required, the claim was eventually upheld.

Service was very good with a positive result and so was communication by email. I would suggest that possibly they need to work on the online platform so that it reflects all communication and messages via email – adding an inbox would solve this. At the moment, communication via the web platform is limited so you cannot rely on it to keep you up to date on what is really going on.

It was very easy to file my claim and although it took more than I expected they were able to win my case against the air company, and I was compensated for my canceled flight.

Their fee turned out to be a little bit high but it is worth it.

Waste of my time. Asked me for so much information and made me fill out loads of questions only to tell me my flight isn't even eligible for compensation. They should of told me at the start when i filled in the flight numbers rather than make me fill out an essay and ask for all my info before informing me they are useless.

Following a cancellation of a flight on short notice, we were waiting for an answer from the airline for more than a month. We then decided to hand the case over to FlightRight and we got reimbursed within a few weeks by simply using the electronic platform.

I am more than happy with Flightright. They have settlet a case fairly quickly and I got the compensation they have calculated when I made my claim.
They kept me informed even when there was no progress for a little while.
I would highly recommend their services. I wouldn麓t have had the time and energy to make the claim myself, therefor I was happy to pay their fees.

They were fast in settling the claim but my 250 euros turned into 拢140… They of course take there charges but the figures were going down and down with every email. Finally I got 拢140. Maybe just as well direct with airline next time.

I finally received money!
Sure, it takes time (14 months for me) because the companies don't want to pay money. Flightright had to go to the court. Court always take time.

If I would try to get money from air company by myself, I would never get anything back!

With Flightright it was not hard to apply and you get Emails with updates time to time.
So it is easy and at the end you get some money. Recommended!

Some friend of mine applied in the other company 2 years ago and he still didn't get anything.

My flight was delayed by 3 hours and 10 minutes. I have a video and a picture that shows the time we arrived. The picture is even from the aiport screens.
I filed the case with flight right and after receiving the letter from the company refusing to pay, they told me that their lawyers would study my case and come back. 2 months later i had no reply from them and upon sending an email to remind them of my case, they closed it straigh away, reasons where that the record show no delay on the flight. This isn't true and I had proofs for it (video and picture of airport screens).
My friend that traveled with us contacted fairplane and he's case is going now to court. He claimed only for himself and got all interest from them, I claimed for me and my partner with Flightright and got ignored for months.
On the plus side i have to say that the comunications with flightright are always emails which is a delight for me. My friend with Failrplane got loads of calls from them which he loathes, but finally got them to comunicate with him using email.

Note after flightright reply:
I have a video that shows that we were still taxiing to the terminal at 13.12 ( 3 h 2 min delay) and the airport official time at the arrivals screen was 13.30.
