Stunning service which gives back "some" power to consumers over unruly airlines who clearly do not care about any level of service. We suffered a 4h delay to a short EU flight last June which really cut our weekend break short and went with Flightright to file our claim. They took care of everything from start to finish in a very professional way, updating us when needed of every action they were taking and we have this morning received our payement. We would never have gone ahead with the procedure on our own so very happy with the fee, this is a win-win service..highly recommended!

First time with flighright and it worked but last i hire them. I got other offers Companies but i picked thm cos was the most "famous" but in the end i quiet regretted as they took a huge commission and also you have to push them and remind them your case otherwise they will forget you…

The only good thing that the lawyers you authorised go through your case and you pay in the end. Are good and you get paid in the end. Between 8-11 months. It takes but it pays

But an other cons is that once they received the money some how they have to hold it for 4- 7 days so you have to wait again to get paid.. Pretty weird as I provided an European account. But after 5 i got paid.

A little over a week ago, I came here and left a very scathing review of Flightright for the very bad experience I had with them. However, since then, a very friendly and professional employee of Flightright has taken over the case, and I felt the need to come back here and give her credit for her effort and time.

For a better understanding, let me give a brief summary of what happened:

1. I contacted Flightright to help me get my compensation.

2. A few hours after that, I decided to retract and take the matter into my own hands.

3. I retracted with an email and Flightright sent me the confirmation of retraction (again via email).

4. After receiving the confirmation of retraction, I contacted Transavia.

5. Their response came a few days later and they basically said that the compensation has already been sent to Flightright.

7. I sent a first email to Flightright asking for an explanation. They didn't answer. Then a second one, still no answer. Then a private facebook message, still no answer. Then a third email, still no answer.

8. I came to TrustPilot and wrote my review. A few minutes later, Marie Tournier called me.

9. She was friendly, she was professional and she was willing to help. She said that they genuinely still haven't received the compensation from Transavia and that as soon as they get it, they'll send it to me. Also, she said that they wouldn't take their cut since we had already retracted. For the first time dealing with Flightright, I really felt in the presence of a professional.

10. I received the compensation today, and as she promised me, they didn't take a dime from it.

I can't really explain why they didn't respond to my Facebook private message and they really have no excuse because I'm absolutely certain they received them, but here's my explanation as to why they didn't respond to my emails:

When I sent my emails at serviceatflightright.fr, they didn't respond. However, when I sent the emails at serviceatflightright.de, they responded which means there must be a technical bug with the FR mail host.

If you're not sure about whether or not they are receiving your mails, call them instead at +33 9 7518 3677, they'll hopefully respond.

So what do I make of my whole experience with Flighright? At first, I was extremely disappointed, but then I got pleasantly surprised. Was my review on Trustpilot the only reason they chose to act professionally? I don't know. But regardless of that, Marie Tournier was the one who made me change my mind and come back here to edit my review and I would like to thank her (one more time) for her time and effort.

The process was a bit long in total (around 18 months). But I imagine it is more due to my own country legal system (France) than Flightright.

I appreciated their efficient communication & legal document IT system. They are responsive. And of course I got my money back (450 euros out of the 650 we took from EasyJet).

Thank you flightright for your work. Wish you a good continuation.
