another app like this one was saying that this is a lost case but i have received 900euros since they listen to me and i have explained the issue .

As from a sudden some monies were placed on my account from Flightright.
I could not send the boarding card, due to that i have missplaced it, but I鈥檓 Back home and that shows that I was not lost in Egypt. Flightright did work all the time with my case and thanks to them Christmas can be celebrated with glamour. 🙂

I had a flight cancelled with no reason by Vueling (BTW, side recommendation, NEVER fly them), and I was told by Vueling themselves at the airport we were due compensation. When we tried to get compensation from the airline, Vueling purposely delayed the process, made us go around in circles for months (like for example requesting that my 4 year old daughter set up her own bank account to get the funds back…) and ended up right out rejecting our claim baselessly, changing their explanation by indicating, falsely, the cancellation was due to weather complications. I therefore decided to go through a third party service as a last resource. I first tried AirHelp, which was no help at all (they didn't want to take the case). I then tried Flightright, and they did. The process with them has been extremely easy, they have kept us updated at all times. Even when there was no update (case was on hold at court for example), they sent us emails letting us know the case had no progress and was still on hold. This was very reassuring. In all, I had to dedicate less than 2 hours total to it , submitting whatever documents or information FlightRight asked for at different times. Today, 2 years after the incident (just over a year after starting the process with Flightright), I received the compensation funds on my bank account. The commission we paid Flightright is more than worth the time and hassle they saved us. I wished I had contacted them sooner to be honest, and saved the hours I had to spent trying to deal with horrible Vueling directly, not to count the level of frustration that caused me.

Following our engagement with 'Flightright', were were informed by our country's Civil Aviation dpt that our claim was already approved, some time before our engagement with 'Flightright' but unfortunately we were informed very late by our country's Civil Aviation dpt. The airline used 'Flightright''s IBAN no. submitted by 'Flightright' and sent our claim money to 'Flightright'. Initially 'Flightright' was going to charge us with their fee. Following our explanations to 'Flightright', they understood the situation and without creating further problems to us they reimbursed to us the full claim without deducting their fee, which it was the fair and right thing to do. We really appreciate this, which proved to us that 'Flightright' did not want to take advantage of this mistake and that their customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. We for sure prefer 'Flightright' in any future need.

We didn't get compensation. But anyhow they are charging me for their services. No documents supporting their case or claims, just the bill and a legal threat. I'd like to stress out that I never received "compensation payment from the airline", that is NOT true.

In the end I received my compensation – this is what matters, right? On the other hand, we have had unnecessary and annoying "automatic reply鈥檚" where I was asked again and again the same documents which I already sent! Please, use man power and brain rather than computer intelligence and you will keep your clients happy…

Flightright was very easy to work with in filing my claim for my canceled flight. I chose them, initially, because of their transparency on their fees. If the claim was successful, I knew exactly how much money I would receive. It was a successful claim and as promised, from the beginning, I receive the exact amount. I would highly recommend Flightright, as the experts in obtaining the money owed to you!

I booked a flight with Lufthansa which they cancelled and put me onto the next flight it was over the three hours delayed so I was looking forward to at least getting some compensation unfortunately Lufthansa decided that despite all evidence they claimed the plane landed 30 minutes before scheduled ti avoid payment it took 9 months of legal action to get my money I couldn鈥檛 have done it on my own and would have given up I will definitely use flightright again

Useless. They'd only take the easiest cases and charge huge commission basically for what you can effortlessly do yourself directly with an airline.

What is happening? It's over a year since my delayed flight, and over 7 months since I got an update on my case. The lawyers were commissioned 7 months ago and I have heard nothing from them or anything about the case for that matter. I understand that airlines might drag out cases, especially Ryanair, but my case is the posterchild of EU regulation for compensation and if the lawyers can not succeed with that – I do not really understand what your sales argument is other than you filing the airline compensation forms for us (and subsequently taking a cut from it.) I have really tried to be patient and show understanding, and even if the ball is in Ryanair's court, no updates or customer contact for 7 months is not a great service in my opinion.

Please also help me understand the policy when lawyers are needed, excuse me if I am totally off). I understand that you do not directly charge me for the use of lawyers, other than from money I might receive from the airline. Does that not mean that every time you need to use lawyers there is basically nothing left of the compensation for us (Unless the compensation is abnormally high)?

I contacted Flighright after I failed to get anywhere with the airline themselves. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours without any explanation whatsoever. Dealing with Flightright was easy and I was kept informed of the process throughout the few months it took to get compensation.
Overall extremely happy with the company and the outcome.
