Do not use this company…. Glasgow phone number that's redirected to Croydon….. No refunds will be given total disgrace of a company week after week they say you will get the money in 5 days time its all lies… Do Not Book with this company….. 6 months of lies yet everyone has refunded them no doubt money is being sent back to India… Can't warn enough Do not use, check reviews and feedback please don't make the same mistake

My family had booked a stay and cruise through flights and packages due to leave in March 2020. The holiday was cancelled due to the caronavirous. Its now been 6 months and we are still waiting on a refund. The level of customer services is SHOCKING, never before have I ever experienced such a pool level of customer services. I haven't count of the number of times I have called and emailed and we get told the same, your refund will be with you in 14 days. The amount due back to my family is over 拢9000.00. I would AVOID this company, they will take your money no questions asked but when you are waiting on your money back awfull. You should look to book with a reputable company AVOID.

I booked a Cruise with Flights and Packages around the Greek Islands from Venice on the 19th June 2020,on the 28th April they contacted me to advise that the cruise had been cancelled. That evening I e-mailed them to request a full refund of 拢2,798. I have lost count the times I have phoned them to get my refund, this morning I was told it would be the end of August. I have previously used the company without any problems and have recommended them to friends. My wife and I are both OAPs on a fixed income and are desparate to book a hotel holiday in this country, but until we receive our refund we can't. NCL this morning confirmed that they have refunded the cruise cost. Flights and Packages keep quoting m 90 days when legally it is 14 days. I am considering taking my case to the small claims court unless I get my refund.

Would have been minus stars if that was an option! 90 days … gone! NCL have now paid them, Ryan Air paid them within 14 days of our cancelled May cruise and they wouldn鈥檛 have paid the hotels until the holiday dates anyway so they are effectively sitting on 拢3500 of my money and despite polite email requests asking for a status update they have consistently ignored me. Time to start a County Court Action I think!

This company is a nightmare to deal with. Stay clear.
I have been waiting for a refund for 90 days (their ruling)
Now the 90 days are up they say they do not give partial refunds even though cruise company paid them back on 9th July. According to them they are still waiting for the flights and hotel to refund them and I will now have to wait till beginning September (120 days). So they will have had nearly 拢2,000 for 2 months. Was supposed to get an email saying this. It never came. I'll wait till I get my money back before I tick the box about trustpilot sending this review to them

This profile is unclaimed. This means that flights and Packages Ltd are not in the slightest interested in what people think of them. The major shareholder is Underpal Singh with 30,000 shares. It looks like there was a bit of a clear out on 22 June 2009 when other members of the family resigned as directors and lost their shareholdings. Balber Singh and Jatinder Singh. Rita Singh was the secretary at incorporation but she has also gone. current address of Underpal Singh is 471A Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London SE22 8JU. The company was incorporated on 7 April 2009. On 8th May 2018 they were served notice of compulsory strike off, On 16th May 2018 they submitted Unaudited abridged accounts and on 19th May 2018 the strike off action was discontinued. So not very good at letting people know their financial standing. Hope this information helps if you are trying to take action against them if you feel they are defrauding you of your refunds etc.

Has anyone got any advice? We were due to fly to the Med to get a cruise around the Med 9 May 2020. Flights and Packages have been forever fobbing us with excuse after excuse and today I have messaged them asking how we get a refund as it is patently clear that we will not going on this trip and they are not telling me that MSC are asking booked passengers to rebook cruises up to and including 2021. Flights and Packages are not offering refunds in any shape or form and I would appreciate any advice. All I ever get from this company is please wait to be advised or we will let you know what never happens. Any advice/information will be useful thanks

Absolute nightmare !! NEVER USE !!
Booked fly/stay/cruise to New York southern Caribbean. Travelling tomorrow 14/3/20
2 of the Original flight changed without notification – had to book alternative flights myself !! Company was shocked and surprised I鈥檇 done this !!!??
Flight Tickets not validated by company – having to do myself …. currently been on phone since 5.10am to United/Lufthansa to get this done it鈥檚 now 7.11am … still not done !! What鈥檚 the phone bill going to be ???
As with previous posts they never return calls, emails.
So very stressed and anxious …. not the best way to start a holiday – if we go ….

Do Not book with flights and packages.com. They are an absolute nightmare they couldn鈥檛 even spell customer service. They never reply by email, they tell lie after lie after lie. They made a mistake with a hotel booking for me and then tried to pass the cost onto me by cancelling our pre cruise hotel. They offered me an alternative hotel which was rated one star to recoup their losses and when we refused to accept it did they gave us back our original hotel but removed our breakfasts.
The guy I was dealing with was Alex and he is never available and never returns calls or emails. They never do what they say they will do and it has spoilt our holiday with all the hassle.
Please please do not use them as they are atrocious, the worst holiday tour company I have used in 20 years

I have always used a traditional holiday company not trusted advertisements in newspapers' but saw a great deal in the daily record and booked through it with flights and packages never heard of them before but what service e-mails to update at every turn even the day before flight to remind of departure time would recommend highly

Like many tabloid advertiser's the "from" price is impossible to achieve. It would not be so bad if the eventual price was close to the advertised one but sadly no! Also the landline number you call in on is at a premium rate. Not likely to use this company and I will look to recognised trusted companies.
