I booked a flight in Feb. & had to cancel because of corona virus.
Agent said ticket was good til Dec. 31, 2020.
I attempted to re-book for Nov. 16: They say I need to pay an additional $150, even though the flight is posted on their website for just $345. I鈥檝e spoken to a couple of people but just getting the run around. Help!

Bad experience.
I ever had with online booking. I booked, got a confirmation email. 24 hours after got a call that I need it to pay more $160. I was upset but said, yes. I got another email sating that I will get my tickets in 12 hours. 24 hours passed and nothing. I emailed them to send me my tickets. Nothing. I email to cancel my tickets no answer. I had to call. Asked for a Manager, no manager " wait until Monday" I said no. I want to cancel now and I want an email confirming my cancellation. I asked what was the procedure to present a complaint the answer was I do not know.
Lack of professionalism at the minimum.

Don't trust them. They sell tickets that are not available. They then try to rip you off with more expensive tickets. Canceling the transaction becomes a nightmare. We are in the process … We have notified MasterCard.

The lady who worked with me and booked my flights was extremely good.
The Confirmation wait, was very concerning….. it was 24 hours until the money notification was made, but the confirmation information took longer.
I tried to call the # given to me to no avail. I began being concerned that this was a scam.
I called the Airlines myself to confirm the reservations to which they could not give me any info without your confirmation #.
Needless to say this all caused me much stress until your company finally sent me the Confirmation Information.
I recalled the Airlines and they confirmed everything. I then had peace. Perhaps it should have been 3 stars!

Such a bad experience. You'll end up paying way much than what it looks on the website. I bought the tickets on their website, got the confirmation and then they called me saying the Airline didn't accept the discount so they had to charge me an extra $200/ticket… I accepted and then they call me again saying they need to charge me another $$ for Card verification…

Complete scam. Received the flight itinerary with confirmation for a specific cost and then called to verify since I was not charged yet. They told me that another customer purchased the discount right before me so that is why it had not yet gone through. They then said they could work with me but not for the same discount! Total scammers!

Scam! Bait! False information! No support at all! STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHSCHANNEL.COM !!!

In October 2019 I got my tickets to fly from Vancouver, Canada to Sao Paulo, Brazil to spend the holidays with my family. The payment went through and I received the eticket confirmation number.

With all set and ready, on December 20th 2019 I went to the airport and during the check in the employee of Aeromexico told me that my reservation was cancelled and refunded to Flightschannel due to lack of full payment. I paid approximately CAD$1,580 for the ticket and flightschannel tried to negotiate with Aeromexico for only CAD$ 803,03. Of course Aeromexico refused it and made the refund. I HAVE PROOF OF THAT! The employee let me take a picture of the screen where it clearly shows the amount refunded back to flightschannel.

Because of this nightmare, I spent 10 hours at the Vancouver airport, CAD$ 40 on meals, my husband spent CAD$90 on parking, NOT TO MENTION THE CAD$ 3,743 TICKET that I had to buy at the very last minute so I could see my family.

Since then I called flighschannel 4 times and they always ask me to wait a few days because they have to process my complaint and come up with the amount they owe me. I am just sick and tired of waiting.

This is classic click and bait. I booked my tickets through them over the web. I called them immediately but they were closed as it was late at night. Immediately the next morning I called them to inquire about the etickets and when will it be issued. I was assured that there will be no issues with the ticket and that it will be issued in 24 hours. After a few more hours towards the end of the day I called again to check and was assured again. Later I saw an email coming through saying that the tickets were canceled. I called them and they tried to sell me another ticket for higher price. I said "No thanks and bye bye". Beware. They advertise prices they cannot honor. Another pathetic company similar to Flightschannel is Flightsbird. I unfortunately went to them after this fiasco. Read my review about them as well. I do not post many reviews let alone negative but this experience had to be brought to attention of others.

I will admit i was skeptical as I had not heard of them but after booking and seeing the great fare we received i have to tip my hat to them! Paxton and Adina were great with follow up to ensure satisfaction, thank you.
