Never again with this flights mojo indian agency.
The most stressful day when it comes to fly tickets. I didn't get the confirmation for my tickets when I booked them. I called the agency (no answer) and I emailed them (no respond back). Next day I got a call from them telling me I have to pay $160 ($80/ticket) on top of the price of the tickets if I want them, end the excuse from them was "anyway you don't find tickets cheaper then this price". When I booked the flight I had multiple options regarding the price , one day later of course the prices for flights change especially when we talk about Thanks Giving weekend. I paid the extra $160 and it was told me to wait 3 hours for the confirmation. Almost 3 hours past and I still didn't get the confirmation, I called the airline and my ticket was not payed for it yet, not only that but to find my info on other flights to Europa (my flight was domestic only). I called again this agency to tell me "it's a technical issue and I will get my confirmation at the end fo the day" . Finally I got my tickets confirmation at the end of the day , at this point I didn't trust anymore this indian agency and I called again airline to make sure I'm on the flight, I also explained them the stress what this third party indian agency put me through, of course the agent from airline knew exactly what's going on: this indians used my info to put on hold other tickets so they can do same things to other people like they did to me.
If it's too good to be true there must be something wrong with it.
Reed the reviews , it would save you money and one day of stress.

Very bad experience with this agency! I booked flights and received a booking confirmation from them. Almost a day later, sill waiting for an issued ticket from them, I called to them, and they told me that the flights are cancelled by airlines and they cannot issue a ticket. I checked the airlines' website directly and the same flights were available to book. But the truth was that they just were selling tickets on these flights with a wrong too big discount, so eventually when they found it out they couldn't just sell tickets to me at this price they had on the website, and that's why they were lying about flights' cancellation. So I suggest to you, try to avoid this agency when you're booking flights.

SCAMMERS! THE ONLY THING THEY SAY IS THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE AIRLINES REPLY REGARDING MY REFUND REQUEST. I CALLED THE AIRLINE AND DISCOVERED THEY NEVER REQUEST FOR A CANCELLATION OR REFUND. DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT WITH THEM!! NOW MY $3000 PLUS IS STILL NOT REFUNDED!

I have been trying to get information about a refund for three months now. There is no response or any estimated timeline from Flights Mojo
They are the worst service, taking advantage of the pandemic to screw customers over.

Flight Mojo is a scam company. Please do not book with them! They refuse to return my money from the airline. American Airline changed my flight time and gave me a full refund but had to return it to Flight Mojo. They have given me several reason why they cannot give me my money back including saying America Airline didn鈥檛 return them the mo ey back. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

NO COVID consideration.
They take money from people screwed up by COVID 19.
They charge $150 for cancellation even if airline cancel, and $150 for carrying over the credit for future use.
No generosity, they do not care their customer. Worst experience ever. I dont understand why this company have positive score…..

If I could do no stars I would. I booked a flight in fall of 2019 paid $1900 for 4 tickets. Original flight was cancelled so I was eligible for full refund by airlines. Covid hit and I cancelled flights and airline refunded $1349 to flights mojo (what they paid for our flights). Not only I have still never received my refund 6 weeks later but they are trying to keep the $600 profit. 3-4 days between each email which are all just run around.

I travelled before we were on lockdown to my parents house. The tickets were booked through them for my wife and kids. They offered us a great promotion that drastically reduced our expenses. It was very easy to communicate with them to book the tickets as well. Everything worked so wonderfully and we had a great visit to North Carolina.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!
I booked my flight back with them in February And was suppose to fly out tonight but due to all this Corona Virus my family changed plans and decided it wasn鈥檛 safe to travel for the time being. Air canada is offering a credit for those who have bookings between this time as everyone is on edge with this news. Ive been trying to get someone to call me back from flight mojo since Wednesday and no answer or call back I get it鈥檚 busy with people making changes but they really are showing that they just don鈥檛 care and would rather take youre money. at least air canada was able to cancel my flight for me at At no charge for this one time but I had to confirm it with flights mojo since I booked with them to get my credit. Still as of today NO call back or any kind of communication if I had waited for them I would鈥檝e lost the 24 hr period to get my flight cancelled and credited from air Canada. I鈥檓 so disappointed with this company as I鈥檝e used them before and never had problems but they have left a bad taste in my mouth after this experience. I suggest anyone do not book with them your better off booking with the airlines itself. On Monday I will be taking this matter to my bank to start a dispute as I don鈥檛 know what else to do.

I had been tracking prices for my flight to take my kids on Spring break. Prices didnt move too much and all of a sudden I received an email from Flights Mojo but it said I had to call. I was certainly skeptical but in the end they had flights that were not published and better times and half the cost of what I had found on my own!

This was the first time we had booked through Flights Mojo. Due to a set of circumstances, I had to move my return flight to an earlier date. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience working with the customer service team, especially Anthony. Over the years I鈥檝e had some poor encounters with airlines and agents when changes to flights have occurred. I wasn鈥檛 expecting the Flights Mojo team to handle my complicated request as efficiently and diligently as they did. Due to a change to my outbound flight by the airline, there was initial confusion over which party had control of my return flight. Over the course of multiple calls with the airline and me, Anthony and the team were able to rebook my return flight at a reasonable rate and kept me updated during the entire process. Thanks Flights Mojo and thank you Anthony.

You saw the original review , then you called me and talked me in to staying with your company wasting my time all to just fail to perform again, making promises with no confirmation number again , two emails over 5 days with no answer only to call and cancel the reservation that you provided , will never do any business with this horribly ran company
