SCAM!!! STAY AWAY! They sold me a fake ticket. I bought my ticket two weeks before the flight and they confirmed and sent my ticket to my email. Two weeks later, I went to the airport, waited one hour in the line to check in and my name was not in the list! They just sold me a fake ticket! I thought Gotogate was the worst online travel agency but the beach is shared ex-aequo with Tix or even dethrone it. This is my story:
Like many here, tickets bought for September, New Zealand through China, because of Covid, everything is canceled but in fact they do not even bother to write to you to warn, I knew it a little by chance but let's move on.
They have disabled absolutely all their phone lines in all countries so it is literally impossible to have an agent. A dozen of unanswered emails. A miracle happens, great, I receive an email. But my joy was short-lived. They send me directly a voucher valid only on their website, whereas my 10 emails specified the opposite. I just wanted to be reimbursed on my credit card because I wanted to avoid at all costs to have to deal with them again. Radio silence for weeks, predictable. I decide to use this voucher reluctantly for a round trip ticket to Japan with Air France. I had also to pay extra 150鈧?from my pocket whereas on the Air France website it was much cheaper. I order this ticket on 31/08. And the surprises began. While I obviously specified the airport I was interested in (the same for the return) and selected the flights I wanted to take (screenshots as a proof) just figure that on the 1st confirmation email, it is the other airport instead. As with them you have to take every precaution, I screened each step during the reservation. The email also indicates that the reception of the electronic tickets will take place until September 5th. In the meantime, as it has not been issued, I sent them few emails asking them to rectify their mistake with the screens as a proof. Of course no answer at all and I've finally received the electronic tickets on the 4/9 with the wrong airport regarding the first trip.
Although I took a changeable ticket, which is perfectly confirmed on the Air France website in the fare conditions of my flight, it is simply impossible to make the change online on AF's website (whereas usually all the tickets I take from agencies), I manage to make the modifications I want without making phone calls to anyone) so it's impossible to know by what subterfuge they managed to make this trick. On the other hand their website (tix) specifies that for any modification, there is a 55鈧?fee apart from the fare difference. Luckily I had the idea to go through the KLM application and there I was able to make the change on my own, paying 70鈧?of fare difference (whereas the basic flight was much cheaper on the Air France website) but I'm happy to have paid 70鈧?instead of 125鈧?through them.
So finality: I paid 220鈧?more at Tix, for absolutely nothing, not counting their most dishonest procedures, absolutely no communication nor solutions to any problem nor any refund nor any answer to the questions.
So if you want the most sincere advice: SEE THIS AGENCY like the plague and just DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. It was the worst decision I've made sice I bought my first ticket from them, thinking that I had saved money, but the stress it caused is so not worth it, not to mention the loss of time and money afterwards. Please just AVOID, this agency is a scam and a shame !

It has been 4 months that i am trying to contact them. my ticket was cancelled twice by etihad and i wanted a refund. Flihttix doesnt respond, doaes not tell me when i will receive my money. they have no phone number where i can talk to them directly. feeling really helpless and frustrated by now.

I麓m shocked – after my booking from Vienna to USA my flight was literally postponed to EARLIER – but NOT CANCELLED!
I did not confirm that flight, yet their customer support says, I did! If I now "cancel" I won麓t get back any refund! Yet I can麓t enter USA as a European citizen from Schengen. So what now?
I cannot postpone that ticket, since I do not know to when….

Had a flight for 1st of May which of course got cancelled due to the lockdown. Airlines offered refund to the lucky ones that booked the ticket through the airline website. I have tried numerous times contacting flighttix.de and i got 0 replies. Nothing. They also disabled their phone lines so if you call them you just get a recorded message that asks you to contact them via email.

SCAM: unprofessional and horrible customers service. My flight was cancelled by Singapore airlines because of COVID. They agreed on refunding all tickets. Unfortunately I had the stupid idea of booking with Flighttix.de instead of SA directly. They are nowhere to be found, their CS agents are not helpful at all and after 2 months of me emailing them, they still havent confirmed they will process the refund and when. Stay away from them, they are criminals and a SCAM company

My Emirates flight was canceled during COVID-19.
After moths of emails they sent automatic reply that I get only voucher for one year to use with them.
I replied that not acceptable, not in accordance with law.
After moths got response that I will get money, minus their fees for processing, and much dealing with this, and money are on way.
After weeks still no money arrived.
I will need to follow up with legal action soon.

Shameful business model. Asked for a refund for cancelled tickets – then waited 4,5 months to get a voucher? Then had to ask for a refund which eventually got approved. Trying to blame the operating airline for a deduction in refund (even though the airline are paying back 100% to customers ordering tickets directly through them). In the end Flighttix is even adding additional fees to the deducted amount as a fee for the refund. Obviously trying to cheat customers not willing to take the fight with them.

Not a good one to book from in Corona time. The problem with the company is, even if the airlines provide a free change, the company does charge 鈧?5 (similar in other currencies) per person if you decide to change the date of your ticket. They call it "administrative fees". When you call the airline, the customer service cannot help because the ticket is not booked via their channels. Not to mention flighttix call center does not pick up the phone at all, at first I thought they are only closed at the weekend but it is also closed on weekedays, there is an automatic message suggesting filling out a contact form. They do react in one day per email or per phone when you fill the contact form just to tell you about the 鈧?5.
In the end I was able to change my flight without paying via the airline itself after making many phone calls and visiting the airline's official ticket store.

Canceled flights from March through coronavirus, I received a confirmation email that we are entitled to a full refund from the airline. After contacting the airline, we received information that the money for the canceled flight was returned to the broker and they gave us nothing. No contact whatsoever, do not reply to emails, the phones work

I can understand that due to coronavirus, it might have been busy time. the phone lines were completely unavailable, I have contacted Airlines and they confirmed that they (Travel agency) have changed our flights dates illegally without our confirmation/acceptance Into day which is not valid for us.
I am sure I will never book again from this company

I booked with this agency and due to the Corona virus we had to cancel after recommendation from the Swedish UD. Its soon seven weeks ago and nothing from them, nothing but autogenerated emails. I Understand that they have alot to do but this is not ok. I think this is a scam.

THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY I HAVE EVER USED
Due to Coronavirus, our trip has been cancelled. The airlines has confirmed to us that a credit was issue to the travel agency. I have been trying to talk to somebody for more than 1 month, I sent many emails and spent more than 20 minutes on the phone for NOTHING. Your customer services does not exist, and I am afraid you are not going to give us anymoney back.
This is sad because in this situation people should help each other. I would never recommend this agency.

I have had a horrible experience with flighttix.se!
I bought tickets to secure that my mom would be on the last plane home with the whole corona situation. They never sent the tickets however made sure to charge me 400 euros. After I contacted them they did answer me saying that my payement didn't go through that's why they never sent the tickets. HA! I sent them the screenshot of my payement from the bank to which they said that now they would send the money back. It has been a month and no answer to my follow up emails and or seeing the money back.
I understand that it is a very heavy load on everyone with corona but other companies have been at least reponsive to assure that our money is not lost. I am just angry that I had to pay twice to get those bloody tickets and for what's crazy is that this company charged me but never provided what I paid for.
Bad experience!!! Cannot recommend!

I am really DISSAPOINTED in your Service… we booked a flight and we would like to cancel it but nobody answer the phone wen we call, its not possible to cancel the flight at all even we are willing to pay for cancelation fee. SEEms really the Service is SO BAD that they just want to gave you nothing from your payment… Hope to hear from you as soon as Possible.

Utterly dreadful customer service.

Our flight was cancelled back in early February and we were stuck in New Zealand. We weren't even informed by Flighttix, we had to call the airline direct and find out. We called Flighttix and spent an hour on hold before someone confirmed that indeed our flight had been cancelled. They told us that a refund would be issued at some point and that they couldn't transfer us to a different flight so we had to go and fork out 鈧?000 at last minute just to get home. Our airline said that they would refund the flight fee to Flighttix immediately so there shouldn't be any delay in Flighttix getting us the money. Flighttix told us that they didn't know how long it would take and that we'd probably only get a partial refund as the airline would only refund them a small amount (completely disputed and proven to be false by the airline). We were told by Flighttix to wait for further communication.

Since that phone call we have sent 4 emails to them and have received nothing in reply. We didn't even receive a confirmation of our cancellation after that phone call. Zero communication. They have since removed their phone number and Im sure they'll go bankrupt and take our money with them.

I have complete understanding for the severity of this current situation that is happening around the world right now but at times like these it is really telling when a company removes their only form of verbal communication and ignores their customers.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Me and my future husband are planning to go to Bali and i was searching for a good connection..we wanted to depart from Stuttgart which is like a hour away but the flight were too expensive (6 months earlier) so i checked also frankfurt flights..it was cheaper but Frankfurt is like 3hours away. Then one day i found a connection from Stuttgart to Bali with all I wanted (landing in the mornings hours, singapore airlines and layover in singapur for some sight seeing) and it was so cheap!!!almost 200鈧?cheaper that other days (pro person) and 50鈧?cheaper than other companies! I booked it immidiately and then I got an email that my tickets will be ready to the end of the march…馃えthat was a first time something like that happened to me…i was little bit sceptical about that…a booked them on friday evening and then on monday my bank called me if they can send that amount or not… i was really scared but after they sent it i got an email (after a hour) that my tickets are ready!!!!馃コi checked immidiately with singapore airlines website if everything is ok and it was!!so i can trully recommend this company!i really saved like 400鈧?and i have a best flight connection!!
