They never answer the phone calls. They make it really hard to send them a message. I ended up doing their work dealing directly with the airline company. And they charged us the service charge. I feel ripped off.

-Flighttix cancelled
-flighttix did not refund and instead referred to airline for vouchers
– since flighttix did not refund I contacted the creditcard company who refunded the paid amount since flighttix obviously did not deliver on the purchased tickets.
– I will not use flighttix again

So flighttix wash their hands and refuses to handle flight cancellations. The operating airline company sent us back to the ticket provider and tells us if any refunds will be made it will be to the ticket provider. So basically flighttix is refusing contact and keeping your money!

Please be careful for what You buy. I bought ticket to New Your without a luggage, after I have also purchased extra option to be able to make changes on a flight(date, name). In the end, even though I paid extra, it was not possible to change the flight date.

Wow! After reading all those negative reviews here, i was actually hesitant that time to book a flight in your website. But still i did give it a try because yours was cheaper than the other websites. And to my surprise, everything went so well and fast, just after i booked our ticket i already received a confirmation receipt and a day after i received our e-ticket! I will definitely book again and will recommend to everyone and friends. Thank you so much for the smooth transaction! BTW – our trip was from Denmark to Philippines via Thai Airways 🙂

Because i didn't have the Canadian electronic visa (eTA) i was hindered in flying out. On the morning of my return trip (i had bought another outbound ticket) i checked the reservation through the airline and to my surprise it had been cancelled.
While reading through the emails, i had gotten after buying the tickets, i found out that the inbound ticket will be cancelled if you don't use the outbound ticket. This seems illogical and didn't cross my mind before it was way too late to contact flighttix.

I buy aroud 20 flight tickets per year and this company was the worst of them all. I would recommend all NOT to use this company.

Allthough I paid the additional fee to have a "changable ticket" the change they "offered" when I needed it was tripple the price for a new ticket with the same company that I could find on the internet. Jesus chirst!
Zero customer care at all.

They keep the money if you cancel your tickets even if Qatar do a partial refund, if booked on Qatar website at. same price. So always book on the airline site.

We have a booking in december. They changed our connecting flight to one leaving prior to our first flight. Thats impossible!!!

Trying really to reach them – hope this is the way to solve the problem!

It took time getting through, but we got a solution with an extra stop. Not sure I have the nerves to do this again.

Quick response within 24 hours on corrections. Limited cost to change mistakes.

They should add a check out page, so you can confirm your info before paying. Beware.

Ordered tickets to Iceland through Flighttix, 10 days before departure.
Forgot to check reviews before ordering, as I normally like to do before using a webcompany I haven麓t used before.
I did get into a bit of a worry, after I saw quite a few negative reviews while checking up on Flighttix, after the purchase.
However, that worry was unfounded, as I received my tickets 6 days prior to departure and had a great holiday.
Hence, based on that, I wont hesitate to use Flighttix again.

Hi,

Booked Gothenburg to Lisbon on 19th july. Credit card was charged. 20th july, receive message that ticket "Unfortunately, your payment cannot be verified. Therefore, your booking has been cancelled automatically. Since this is a security measurement, no additional information can be provided. ". Evidently this is false. I've spoken with airline (KLM) – no booking has been made. I'm today 29th july still waiting for refund of my money. When will this take place is highly unclear and with my legal background I'm thinking to par-take legal actions against this company if my money is not refunded ASAP.

UPDATE 29.07: I got hold of them on customer service number: +44 20 3966 638, after waiting in-line for abt. 5minutes. A lady replied, and told me that my statement was correct and they will refund my full money immediately. After another 3minutes holding the line, She reverted and informed me that their accounting department had been informed to repay but that it could take up to 10 days from today since i paid with VISA credit card. … if not the case, I should contact them again. The question is, why did I even have to call in order to ask for my money, it should have been automatically repaid since 20th of July one would think don't you?

To be continued…. Let's see if my money is re-covered in full as they claimed it would.

My daughter bought a ticket with Flighttix.dk the 21/4-19 from Bangkok to Copenhagen. Shortly after she had an email saying that there was problems with the payment and then ticket was cancelled. My daughter bought another ticket with Flighttix minutes after and travelled without problems.
She called Flighttix on the emergency number on the 22/4-19 and they were very helpful and refunded all the money from the cancelled flight on the 29/4-19.
It was strange that the ticket was cancelled but it all worked out ok at the end.

never ever use this company. The service is non-existent. They claim they will answer e-mail enquiries in 24 hours, but I have sent a number of mails which they do not respond to. If you try to call them, you cannot get through.
